Pizza Boli's

BEYOND STINGY with cheese sauce for cheese fries. I constantly order from them but I think this will be the LAST time. I hit EXTRA cheese sauce on the side button and I think its just laziness. Well, you just lost a longtime customer as I'll be taking my business elsewhere now... Calling them has no effect either they simply dont care about customers...

Walked in after estimated completion time for a pick up .. not acknowledged while two people services one other customer. When I requested to pick up my pizza after 3min of standing there ignored, one associate looked at me and continued to talk with the other customer. He then walked to the back. I was finally asked my name by the other associate and he went to the back and never returned, only to be told by someone else that it would be another 15 minutes. When I asked for a refund, it was suddenly five minutes and the pizza was “almost done”. Specifically asked for NO ONIONS on my pizza. Took a bite and the first thing I taste is a mouthful of onions. Now that I’m home, I’ve no choice but to eat it since I paid for it so I’m literally spitting out onions with every bite of undercooked pizza.

The pizzas arrived in time but that was the only good thing. The order was completely wrong especially since everything was ordered thru the app and was non verbal. For starters I ordered the thin crust bolis unique when it came it was an extra thick crust soggy undercooked dough and ingredients under cooked and was overwhelming and sour. And the acidi smelled like regurgitation in a box. I called and explained the problem the manager/owner self described said it was “my fault” refused to remake the pizza. As franchises owners Ourselves we are sorely disappointed with the service and quality and will not recommend this Boli’s unless you have no other options an iron clad stomach and don’t mind getting severe cramps for at least a few days.
