Over all they are friendly and the pizza is usually hot. I like being able to order online and use discount codes. The last few times I have ordered I have not received a confirmation email to pick up with at portal but when I walk in they address the in the poral and ready. They told me that their system has been messing up so I guess it's not their fault. Sometimes the pizzas are made poorly or cut very poorly. Sometimes I go back inside and asked them to recut it because I have 6 children and I need even slices. Here is a picture of the pizzas from yesterday and I felt like it could have been cut better and the cheese one really could have had a little bit more cheese or just had it more evenly distributed. We order a lot from this place for all sorts of activities. Just improve a bit and it will be a 5 star rating.

I wish I could give a zero star. It had went down hill. There was a female that is still working there that was eating meat and cheese off the pizza and touched her shoes and floor with no gloves on. She never washed her hands in-between doing one task to another. It was nasty and unprofessional. I canceled my order and left.

I came in a few days ago hoping to purchase some pizzas for my boys. I was unable to due to the fact that I was refused service by a guy who works there. (Old black guy with facial hair) when I entered he was not wearing a mask which also was gross and unprofessional!!! Every time he spoke I could see saliva everywhere! Btw this is not a sick joke! A woman very similar to the Karen memes cut in front of me and he let her go. After the fact of her “insisting” I go he told me to wait on her even though I was the first costumer! Needless to say I didn’t get the pizzas here! We went straight to dominoes! Anyways I really really don’t suggest this restaurant to anyone! Thanks for your time! Have a good day! :)
