Famous Dave's Bar-b-que

My meal was so good I wanted to eat it all at once (but I split it and had some later). I go for the ribs so I went on a Wednesday when they had the half rack deal with mashed potatoes and broccoli. Let me tell you that was the best broccoli I've ever had at a chain restaurant, it was perfection (and of course the ribs didn't disappoint). It was gone before I even thought about how I should've taken a picture.

So I left a coupon at home but I had a copy on my cellphone I asked the supervisor respectfully to honor me the coupon and she refused. I’m giving them one star cause they’re not humanitarian nor kind to others. I wasn’t asking for a free meal it was just a coupon they could have printed from their own app if they had he will to do so.

The food and service was great until I discovered a used band aid stuck to the kraft paper in our feast. I didn't discover the band aid until we were boxing up our leftovers after removing all food, seeing that we got the All American Feast. I didn't want to cause a scene, so I kept the matter to myself and the person next to me. I immediately told our waitress (Lori) about the object in our feast. She told her manager at the time (Nicole) about the ordeal. Nicole later came out to speak to me. I asked her what were they going to do about the situation. She was really rude and made it seem as if I planted the object in my own food. She told me she will talk to her GM (Bill) on Monday April 1st, about what was discovered. I have waited two days. Now Wednesday no call or comments regarding the object. I'm very disgusted and disappointed as my family and I really enjoyed eating here.

We enjoy eating out. Yesterday we went to this fine restaurant which friends recommended to us. We had a delightful experience there with superb meal and a well-trained crew and a distinguished cook. We added this fine restaurant in our list and we shall surely visit again very soon. We warmly recommend.
