I live 4 minutes away, took an HOUR. Ordered the small size pizza, COLD. Also they skimp out on ingredients. Wouldn’t recommend honestly.

Never will order from this stupid papa johns again gave me the wrong order I asked for a new( correct) pizza the MANAGER said NO that I didn’t put the correct toppings for the epic stuffed pepperoni with pepperoni…very unprofessionally…nasty attitude not willing to correct the problem/mistake

Cold upside down pizza. Asking the delivery guy I don’t know how it happened. I do. You where carrying it like red riding hood. 😳

My family and I like the pizza but the service is terrible. They tend to get orders wrong and when requested to correct the mishap, they do not tend to take responsibility. The customer service staff have bad attitude toward customers. It is unfortunate.

Pizza and wings delivered by DoorDash completely cold. If I wanted to put pizza in the microwave before eating it, I would have bought frozen from the grocery store.

First I called in to place an order, was left on hold for close to 10 minutes. I then got tired of waiting, walked in and placed my order. After the 20 minute trip home, it was discovered that they put the wrong pizza in the box which had the correct label on it. I called to see if they can deliver the correct pizza to my house, the manager said NO. I said I guess I have to waste gas to go pick up an order that yall messed up. I asked at least to have the order ready by the time I got there. 20 minutes should be efficient enough time to have my CORRECT ORDER READY. Lo and Behold to my dismay I get to the store and these people haven't even begun to make my food. After the additional 20 minute wait I get my food and the cheese is sliding off of the pizza. The whole experience was terrible, the manager didn't even have the decency to stick around. No offer of apology or anything. Lets just say this experience has turned me off from other papa's and it will definitely be my last. Its a shame these businesses want your money, but gives out BS customer service.

Ordered about 3 hours ago. I am now physically sick (food poisoning symptoms) and I know it’s the pizza because it’s the only thing I’ve eaten today and was feeling just fine before. So upset and want my money back.
First and VERY last time ordering.

Guy in front of store is ignoring kitchen staff's time estimates, telling customers 15 minutes when in reality it's an hour plus.
