Sharky's Cafe

My family and I were here September 25th for an early rehearsal dinner. We scheduled this far in advance and let them know we had to leave for rehearsal after dinner. Everyone in our party arrived on time, and the restaurant itself seemed fairly empty. It took our food a VERY long time to come to us. Then one of my group members meals was completely looked over, so they sat there for an hour without food. Yes I literally mean an hour before we could figure out what happened and get his meal reordered. They took SO LONG I had to go call our photographer and our wedding officiant to let them know we would be over half an hour late. And we only had to travel legit five minutes to the church from here. Then when we ordered dessert, we got something simple thinking it would be really easy and they would have it out fast. Ha, wrong again, dessert took FAR TOO LONG to come out and I’m only talking 2 pieces of cheesecake and a cookie. Like seriously? 20 minutes just for that? Only giving two stars because they did take the meal they initially missed off of our bill.

I really loved this place. First time there. We were shopping in Greensburg and on our way home we seem the place and decided to try it and glad we did. I ordered a chicken cheese steak and it was high and delicious. My friend got a grilled chicken salad and it was high and she said it was fantastic. The prices were reasonable also. Check it out.

7 of us went here after church today. The wait for a table was minimal and the beer was cold, hence the 1 star. They turned their pool tables into seating. I really disliked this because our family was sat so far apart we could barely talk to each other. We decided to go out so we could be together and the seating really defeated the purpose. It took what I think, the 1 and only employee for the whole restaurant, over 20 minutes to take our drink order. Another 20 minutes to come back with the drinks, then we were left for over a half an hour just waiting to order. Fast forward almost 40 more minutes to get our food. Wings were good, burger was overcooked and no pink center like I asked for, chicken salad was basic, stuffed chicken was like hospital food, and the philly steak sandwich was dry and horrible. I think all of the food sat under a heat lamp for a long time. The server had zero personality and was completely unapologetic. When everything was said and done we were there over TWO hours. This is unacceptable and I will never go back! Don't waste your money here where they must be trying to make up for the shut downs but grotesquely understaffing.
