Jioios Restaurant

Whenever my dad and I head up to Pennsylvania to visit family we always agree on one thing, we must get a pizza…or maybe 4 at Jioio’s. This is probably one of our favorite pizza places! We even make sure to stop by and pick up a couple more pizzas before heading back home. From the sweet crust, to simple but great tasting toppings this pizza is great any time of the day both freshly hot and cold leftovers!

We, order two pizzas from them take out halfway home, we opened the box and saw both pizzas were burnt top and bottom. We went back and returned them. First time I ever returned a pizza in my life. They had a big sign up in a wall refunds gladly given no questions asked.... I showed them the pizzas they told me I was the only person in their history to ever complain about a burnt pizza and brought it back, although I have read dozens and dozens of complaints of burnt pizza on this review site... the one woman was extremely rude and Ill mannered and I was getting very angry listening to her. She called the owner on the phone and the owner told them to give us a refund.... why would you call the owner? The sign clearly said if you don't like anything for any reason we will cheerfully give you your money back. What a bunch of bunk..... these people are rude they burn all their pizzas don't go here

Jioios has the best pasta,pizza and salads,etc.. The sauce is the bomb!!!! Excellent flavor and just the right amount of spices. We love our waitress Gina. She is so sweet and polite. Love the specials they offer on Tuesday and Sunday. We always look forward to going back there. We travel from Clairton just to have the best sauce ever.

Our visit was on a Thursday evening early May 5th. Server was very nice but we where there for about an hour and a half. We just had sandwiches. The food was good but very very very slow. My husband does not like to wait. Then a couple with a very unruly boy sat beside us. Not the restaurant’s fault. Not sure if we will be back.

I had called to make an order today and they had me on hold for Over 15 minutes but I wasn't really on hold they just had the phone sitting down I herd all their other phones ringing and the one lady said if people keep calling put them all on hold. 5 minutes later she decided to finally answer a phone but not mine she answered everyone else's but mine then she finally answered it with attitude.. every time I order from her the one lady is always so rude ans has such a nasty attitude towards you for absolutely no reason. if you can't do customer service and be kind then find a new job!!
