Subway

Ive worked for subways for over 10years. I was just in there and Ill say it was clean, and service was fast BUT the customer service sucks. They take your oder in the most monotone voice, no smiles, no chit chat, and I said thank you 4xs!!!! Not once did either of them respond. No have a good day or your are welcome .... Customer service is key

Got a fountain drink and went to get ice. Ice was out which was fine but I got black gunk in my cup from it which was not fine. I've worked in countless customer service jobs and have never had this happen so I'm not sure how it would. When I was getting my soda and I saw a hair or fuzz on the soda spout I was getting. Not a very friendly environment either. Won't be coming back to this Subway

Ordered delivery online. Got my confirmation email, and was updated when the order was supposedly on the way and supposedly delivered. Tried to get in contact with the store- the phone number online wasnt an active number. Tried to call and text the driver, Eric, I think the email said (got an email with the drivers name and number), he never picked up the phone or responded. The email said my order was delivered, but I'm not sure where he brought it because I never got it. Definitely wouldn't advise anyone places a delivery order here unless of course you want to not get the order you paid for.
