I waited about 20 minutes to even be acknowledged.then a long wait for food.asked for a refill on coffee. Waited sbout 20 minutes for that and had to ssk twice. I was thinking told I had been there too long and told to leave.i hadn't eaten slowly. All my time there was related to the slow service. Food was average.

Real authentic mexican food, the family is so very nice. The salsa is fresh and flavorful. Truly, if you don't like this place you don't know mexican food!

A classic mom-and-pop restaurant. The menu is small, the items reasonably priced, and nearly everything is absolutely delicious. The owner loves to chat with the patrons and I believe his wife is the head cook. No telling how much longer this place will be around as the couple are up in years. Find it while you can.

Opened since 1999, this little family business serves a good Spanish omelette (8.5$+T) and free flow coffee. Walking distance from NMHU, a good place for a quick bite. Kids friendly, a little small for kids to run around. Popular with locals, staff is friendly, efficient and informative. Venue is clean, free WiFi (ask for password). Try the home made pies (1.75+T).
