We came here for our very first time and were not disappointed! The food was very tasty! The meat was shredded, which was new to us, as carne Asada usually isn’t shredded beef, or maybe they mixed up both of our orders(hubby and I got the same burrito) but either way it was delicious! Definitely going back to try other plates!

I would give them 4 or 5 stars because the food is always good and fresh. Yesterday 04/01/2020 changed my mind. I was treated with disrespect and was wrongfully charged more money the I was supposed to. I order them through Uber eats. I orderedt food wrote down on the notes I wanted to substitute the beef for carne asada burrito when I got the food it was beef. I called them even walked the store with the old food because they said I needed to pay the difference to get the burritos substituted. They then argued with me and said they did a refund which never was put on my card then charged me 2 times for $8.13. when all I wanted to do was pay the difference to get the burritos carne asada. I waited for over an hour. They continued to argue and try to make up excuses saying it's ubereats fault. So I paid for the food took it back to pay the difference and ended up having to buy more food because all they did was argue with me. Then when I got home they gave me the old food that I brought back saying they gave me fresh food. Then today 04/02/2020 Ray from Roberto's called me and was extremely rude to me and was doing exactly what his employees were doing trying to make up excuses and argue. Then he hung up on me. Definitely will not be going back to Roberto's.
