Probably the best chicken for hainanese chicken rice I’ve had so far in Las Vegas. I like the way they make their rice as well. It’s broken rice so it reminds me of Vietnamese broken rice. The chicken is very tender and juicy. I only got dark meat tho so I can’t speak on the white meat. I got bone in and bone out and they’re both good but I prefer bone out. Cucumbers were extra crispy. 10/10 will be back for chicken. 🤤

Thank goodness we came early enough to beat the rush hour wait. Ordered a few items to try. They're known to use free range chicken that is never frozen so the meat quality was pretty good. We said we were only going to take a few bites of rice just to give it a try but couldn't resist and even had to order an extra bowl because we enjoyed the flavored rice so much. If you're not use to free range chicken, the texture maybe different for you at first. Appetizers: tofu, pickled cucumber, pigs ear. Enjoyed them all! The tofu was my favorite as it was soft, moist and filled with flavors (one of my favorite appetizer type of dishes). Service was great and so was the decor. They have some cute mugs too. They currently have free drink if you check in on Yelp.

This is one of my top three restaurants in Las Vegas. The reason you are going to Nuro Bistro is for the Hainanese Chicken. I usually prefer dark meat over white but as a born and raised American I cannot deal with the tiny bones in the Hainanese Chicken. So, go with the white meat unless you grew up eating this and have a very particular set of skills. Skills you have acquired over a very long career of eating Hainanese Chicken. The wonton soup was freaking ridiculous! HUGE dumplings and very tasty broth. Pickled cucumber packed in so much garlic flavor! It was SO delicious!!! Hong Kong lemon tea has free refills and tastes homemade. Stop thinking about it and just go to Nuro Bistro right now!

Been wanting to try their Hainan chicken. I grew up in Asia so I used to have easier access to good Asian food. This is a winner. Their wings r good too! Good service. Will b back soon

I had the pork and century egg congee. Flavor wise was very good. I think I'd like it if the pork and egg were cut up bit smaller so I have more bites of them but that's my personal preference. Will come back to try chicken wings and Hainan chicken.

Nice little place with food from my childhood. Loved eating Hainanese Chicken Rice growing up and this brought me back. Food is definitely good but served on a tray (we want plates?). The service could be better though. I came in in an odd time (4:15pm) and was the only one there while I was there. There was a changing of the guards, so to speak, but was only checked on once and they new staff didn't seem to care I was there. I would still go back, may have been an off moment for the staff.

Simple, classic fare in a pleasant eatery. Service was friendly and efficient. The bottomless HK Iced Tea was replenished quickly and often, without a request being necessary. The house chicken, their specialty, comes either as soup with noodles or with their special rice. Both forms are superb. Their house rice is flavorful and not to be dismissed - it is far beyond the simple steamed rice that it appears to be at first glance. For starters, we tried their fried pork ribs. Tender, tasty, and meaty, I highly recommend them.
