06/23/21: I had breakfast at Grill 55 while staying at the Renaissance for work. I was greeted immediately and seated quickly. The restaurant wasn’t too busy. I sat in a both and was served coffee right away. I ordered an All American Breakfast and got my food in less than 10 minutes. No complaints on fast everything was. The breakfast wasn’t typical and nothing spectacular. It wasn’t bad or anything. I wished there was a little bit more variety.

08/18/21. Not amazing but not bad either. Just your regular hotel pub. Beers are a little pricey. Food is good but nothing to rave about. Their restaurant Envy is closed for dinner. Only open for breakfast. I ordered the steak sandwich and a Caesar salad for takeout. It actually was pretty tasty but the presentation was awful. This is a good place in a pinch. I didn’t have a car that night so my choices were limited.

Limited menu with covid. Friendly staff. Quick food prep. Can do takeout if desired. Several TVs with sports. Super location next to Las Vegas Convention center. Modern look. Well stocked bar. No casino but that's a plus for me.

Amazing food but ghe service is fairly lousy. There was an event going on and unfortunately they barely came when we needed to order, pay and wait for our cards to come out. This happened when they werent too busy

Need more help the one guy working can't run all the tables and bar by himself. Also ordered burger medium rare and came out well done. Food was not worth the price.

This grill is located inside the renaissance hotel. I didn't venture into the whole dining area, but it did look nice. I sat at the bar just outside the hotel. This eatery offers a middle ground between the bad room service at the renaissance and the pricey Envy Steakhouse also attached. I ordered a steak sandwich with fries. It was good and cooked perfectly. The only thing I didnt understand is the sandwich was a whole piece of steak, not cut up, I felt like a rabid animal trying to tear it apart with my teeth.

Very good service despite how busy it gets. Gets really busy between 5-630 with a strong "lobby bar" scene, but slows down around 7/730! The shishito peppers were a great appetizer -- loved the sweet soy sauce on the side!!
