Firehouse Subs

Omgoodness, talk about the absolute best in customer service! Tennessee is the type of personality you wish you could encounter everyday in businesses. She is engaging, friendly and professional. This review is BEFORE I tried the subs lol.* Can't wait to try them in a few hours. *Edit: The office loved the subs!

One of my favorite subs in Las Vegas. I've ordered Firehouse twice recently and it was great both times. I've tried 5 subs and they were all delicious. My favorite is the bbq brisket and cheddar sub. Firehouse is always accurate making their orders, which I appreciate because I don't like onions. I'll continue to get Firehouse subs, at least once/month.

Ordered Firehouse Subs online on a Friday evening. They did not disappoint at all! We ordered the Cold Italian, the Cheesesteak, and the Triple Stack. The Cold Italian was one of the best subs I've ever had and the price was great too. The Cheesesteak was also delicious and modified exactly how we said (no onions). And the Triple Stack, which said it is for a limited time, was my hubby's favorite and he suggests to keep it permanently on the menu. The subs were packaged in awesome containers that didn't make them all squished. This Firehouse Subs location is highly recommended!

The sandwiches here are very tasty. The bread is toasted and delicious, plus it is baked to have more of an artisanal appearance, which makes it look like a higher quality meal. Ingredients have always tasted fresh. The restaurant was clean and staff were very friendly during our visit. I like that the take-out containers are cardboard rather than environmentally unfriendly styrofoam. We’ve gotten food from here before and will keep doing so!

I've been to this Fire House Subs several times for years. I always order their smoke house beef and cheddar brisket sub. It is so delicious every time I go to this location. I've had no problems with the service either. The only thing I wished they did is if they would bring back the hot sauce bar they had at this location before Covid hit. For that reason, it gets 4 stars for now instead of 5 star. Overall, I recommend Fire House Subs.

My friend and I had such a great experience here 11/28/21. Wow! Rickey was our host and man was he awesome! This was my first time having firehouse subs. The food was so yummy ! It felt like it was made with love. Rickey helped us know what sandwiches are a fan favorite. He let us know about all the free extras that we could put on our sandwiches. His customer service was out of this world. The crew working that night was super friendly as well. It was a clean location. Thank you so much Rickey and crew for making my first time awesome. I dont live near this location but I would definitely take the long drive over just to be serviced by this great team.
