Dunkin'

Every time I order from UberEATS for delivery, This store does not do my drinks right. Sometimes I reorder, other times just deal with it. When I can, I order from a different store, but depending on when I want my drinks, I'm forced to order from here. I order my drink with extra cream, which makes it light in color for the correct drink. Take a look at the picture and create you own opinion. The picture actually made it look lighter than it is. At least they didn't add sugar this time.

It took an unreasonable amount of time for someone to take my order even after ringing the bell. There was a lot of staff behind the counter and a lot of chatting. The server dropped the beverage and had to remake it. It tasted more like just sugar water and nothing like the refreshing advertised flavors.

The coffee was absolutely amazing! The 2 bacon mini omelette things didn't taste very good almost like it was flavored cardboard and came right out of a box. The sandwich was missing a few things but was remade and the staff was extremely nice! The only real issue I had was that for a coffee, sandwich, and those mini omelettes it took almost 25 minutes to get done. When I went back because stuff was missing, it took another 15 minutes. It's ok though they let me keep the wrong sandwich too so that more then made up for it!!!! I'll definitely go back because sometimes people really do just make mistakes and they offered a remedy to fix it!

Keri helped me out today and was the nicest over the phone and in person of the half dozen locations I called to try and find ground decaf. Please note the money I spent was for 6 lbs. of ground coffee at a phenomenal price! The store was quiet and clean, and she was so friendly and helpful. I will be back when in the area for sure!
