Tropical Smoothie Cafe

So I'm not a huge smoothie fan but this place is pretty good. I did appreciate how clean the facility was and the color palette they used made it bright and inviting. I got the kids chocolate chimp, because I like chocolate. It was good but I definitely should have gotten a fruity one like my wife, who got a kids jetty Jr. (strawberry and banana). It was much better than mine. I would definitely go back again to give another one a try. Just wish they came in smaller cups like the kids ones. I feel like the normal size is a bit large. The staff was mainly young adults. So I don't hold it against them since it comes with experience, but they could have a little better customer service. Didn't get that normal welcomed feel that you normally get from an establishment like this. So over all I have it 4 stars for now, as it was my first time and I would definitely like to go back. I plan on it too and will update accordingly.

Absolutely horrible experience. Ended up waiting in line for almost 20-25 minutes, and it wasn’t even busy when I pulled up, probably two cars ahead of me. Had to wait a few more minutes at the window before the guy took my card to pay, which then took even longer to get my food. I wasnt going to write this post initially because of the wait time, I understand the staff shortage struggle; but I came home and opened this and was thoroughly disappointed. I ordered a chipotle chicken club, and ended up getting just chicken cheese and the sauce; Im missing half of my ingredients! I tipped and didn’t even urge them to rush, but I regret coming in and will not be coming back.

Did not honor buy 2 get one free promotional offer clearly posted. Made our order wrong. Had to have it remade. Then asked me 3 times what was ordered. Order was not complicated. Sent a 3rd employee to window to ask what went wrong. Asking what went right was more realistic. Then asked why I was mad. Ummmm because a smoothie should not be this hard to get and clearly brains are on short supply today as 2 of your staff have taken this order and even repeated it back, but still can't process it. Lmao. No tropical smoothie at this household for a while. Honestly, the thought that they thought we were the problem... no one could drink their smoothie after all that. We just joked about how they were probably snot shakes and still not what we ordered. Kudos to the 3 stooges though. They ask for a tip right when you pay before you know how wrong things will go. Better than Jamba Juice!!! I love the jetty junior. Perfect for a small quick treat. So cute and clean inside. They are always staffed with like 5+ employees to manage food, smoothies and drive thru. Also have bathrooms inside. I always walk inside since the drive thru is long. Come in between 4-7pm for buy 2 get 1 free.

The smoothies and food are as advertised, but I wish the managers would hire people how actually want to work here. Every time I come here the line is unbelievably long and the cashiers sound like they had to sign over there souls for $12 an hour Edit: don’t come here!!! Waited 30 mins for a runny smoothies
