Panera Bread

Although the staff was very friendly, the experience at this Panera Bread was disappointing. They were out of bread? At Panera Bread no bread? It's like going to Popeye's and they don't have chicken. They also said they were out of chicken Caesar salad which is what I always get with bread! I had to come up with soemthing else to eat which was good but not what I wanted.

Let me start by saying I LOVE Panera bread. But I noticed over the past month or so this location has SEVERELY went down in customer service and I love the hard work customer service people do. So it's tough for me to even leave this review but I have to be honest. I noticed personally when I eaten inside they hired to newer girls who don't have a clue what they are doing. the 3rd and 2nd most recent times here in the past month I order a BBQ chicken salad. Both times they were cold and very small for $11 and they were out of almost everything that came on the salad. The most recent time I ordered Mac and cheese small for $6.19 and this pic below is what they gave me just ridiculous my gf also this visit ordered a Baja bowl with chicken and it's half the size it's suppose to be. During this experience there also I paid nearly $40 for half sizes of all the food. Just ridiculous this is my last time to the location.. I'll go to a different location. I've been to others in town and never had this experience once !

Oh my gosh their food is always such a delicious treat, had the you pick 2 with the best creamy tomato soup with the apple and chicken salad with a piece of bread. Also ordered me a scone blueberry, and it was so good. I had to share this, so please go there to eat and try all their foods and they make all types of salads and all the best soups, their Mac and Cheese is great also. Workers are always nice and respectful, I needed help with the kiosk due to me using a gift card and an employee came right out to help with it, nice person. Place is nice and clean always

I come to this Panera every day for lunch because not only is the food nice and filling but the staff are all so friendly and sweet. The tables are always clean, the food always comes out just how I want it, and the managers here are so welcoming and helpful. It's always nice to sit here for a bit and eat in such a friendly cozy atmosphere. I recommend all my coworkers to come by here

Love Panera Bread, unfortunately this location just doesn't do it well. Always do a pick two. The items I spent $ on seemed small the last time. So this time I got the pick two and the bigger sizes of the same items and they unfortunately are all the same size. So I spent more $ on the bigger sizes but it was the same amount of food as the smaller items. Not sure if this is every location or just this one....shame on you. Also the broccoli cheddar soup here is never really hot. Just take the time and do better.

I absolutely love Panera. I love the coffee subscription!! Best thing ever I barely ever make coffee now! Everybody up in here is always so nice it’s very clean the restrooms are always clean. The only thing the only reason is getting four instead of five stars is because of a little lady named Tavin. I come up in here everyday and see Brooke at the register. I love her she’s so sweet, everyone is so helpful! Today at the register I met a new lil lady named Mia and she is new and she is working like she’s been there for a minute! Very quick learner. (I have complicated orders) also shout out to Mia for noticing my Timmy’s mug! I’m from Canada and no one ever notices my timmy’s mug! Tavin though just has a bad attitude. Never smiles and always has a comment to make. I am handicapped and sometimes have a couple requests. Everyone is extremely helpful aside Tavin.

I paid 12$ for this salad if you can even call it that. I’ve been to this location about three times and have been disappointed every time. Their food quality has gotten so bad. Their service is horrible. When I went back to complain about my food manager didn’t even say one word to me nor did anyone apologized. Manager is a bald tall man.
