Hachi

We dine in continuously two nights just because the food is very good here, we tried the most of the dishes from their menu, this is the best izakaya restaurant. All foods have amazing presentations, very fresh and tasty. Their yakitori and skewers are very delicious, each one has different flavors, we even forgot to take pictures, strongly recommend! Please make reservation in advance if you don’t wanna wait even the weekdays.

My 2nd visit in a short time while I’m in vegas, amazing skewers, beef tongue was amazing, very attention to detail, ( for example, bonito flex on top of shishito pepper was really adding up great flavour) some unusual dishes such as octopus mouth, monk fish livers and squid soft bones are outstanding too, shashimi selection, you can tell the freshness from just the plate itself, great ambience, totally gave my last dinner in vegas an unforgettable experience. Best izakaya in vegas IMO esp for yakatori/robata items. Favorite skewers are chicken thigh with citron pepper, tsekune with ume and shiso, shiiataki mushrooms. Sushi and sashimi very good quality. Priced reasonably. Great deal on the salmon collar. Don't forget the chicken skin chips, a unique dish.

Visited for dinner on Saturday night at 9:30pm. We had reservation, but there was no wait either way. We were so surprised how cheap everything was. The food was so fresh and came out fast. I think we tried half of the menu - various carpaccios, sashimi, yakitori, unagi bowl, and the famous honey toast, which is giant! Save some space for it :) They also have daily specials menu! Scallop and uni carpaccio as well as salmon collar were so so good! I can’t compliment enough the seafood freshness and generous serving. We shared a couple of bottles of Kikusui Junmai Ginjo sake - it’s light and aromatic - recommend!

This place is legit. I've been to many yakitori joints in Japan, but Hachi makes me feel as if I am having my favorite char-broiled skewers and drinking giant chūhai drinks in a hidden yakitori bar somewhere in Tokyo. If you want to find an authentic yakitori restaurant in Vegas, look no further than Hachi.

I was looking for a place to eat off the strip for at least an hour or two and I kept comming back to this place. The food was really good, and the prices very affordable. Everything tasted really fresh and the staff is wonderful. The location is small, which is why I think the costumer services and food is so good. We got there less than 30 minutes after opening and it was already almost full. Would come again.
