Total disappointment. Ordered online for curbside get there, I sign in and let them know I am here turns out the restaurant was closed and my order was marked as complete. Other customers arrive found out the same thing. Manager did not put up a sign saying that they are closed. Called the next day they give me the round about with customer services. It was my usual El Pollo Loco. Not anymore and I will let several other people know about. Total let down.

Great food but it’s unfortunate how establishments like this do no maintenance on there buildings 😢 The place is falling apart soon as you walk in the front doors. It’s experiences like this that are the downfall !

Had the $5 taco special....will not go back! With this combo it comes with the tacos,chips & a soda. Although I got the chips they did not provide anything to dip them in so I ended up not eating them. The stems from the cilantro that were in each taco was unbearable and seems to me that was all that was in it besides meat. I was able to finish one but could not stomach the other 2. I wanted to give it a fair chance as the last time I had it it to was not that good. I will not return to any El Poll Loco locations.

Had to return a double chicken tostada. got a a little bit of shredded chicken all the leftover were scrape of the cutting board. This location on Forth apache and tropicana is horrible. i usually go to the one on rainbow and warm springs a little farther but much better. Only reason I came here today is beacuase its closer.

I had the original Pollo bowl. It was hot and tasty. The service was great and the restaurant was very clean and organized.

This was the first time trying the chain resturaunt and I still have many dishes to try, but I was very disappointed with the lack of seasoning and flavor from the shredded chicken.

Good menu and good food. I've always loved this place but with all the extra sanitation and social distancing restrictions I recommend the drive thru or curbside pick-up. Keep up the good work guys this won't last forever.
