Little Caesars

My partner and I bought pizza, Italian cheese bread, and stuffed crazy bread yesterday from this location. The crazy bread in particular was only partially cooked. The cooks in the back either threw the pan into the conveyor belt oven or they left it for an unknown amount of time near the end of the conveyor belt. The problem is, I'm pregnant right now and I had accidentally eaten a few bites before noticing something was off. I turned the piece of bread upside down to reveal that the underside was completely raw dough. There was a clear distinction between the beige raw dough and the white of the cheese, there was no confusion. We tried calling the store but they had us on wait for over 15 minutes until we got frustrated and called corporate about this issue. A person we talked to (a very kind and friendly gentleman) told us that this was not the first call he had personally received about a problem with this location. That in itself was a huge yikes. We were told we would either get compensation for it or get a full refund (we have yet to hear back at all about this issue). In the mean time, I got food poisoning from accidentally eating the raw dough. Please don't make my mistake and check your food thoroughly before consuming it. (The picture below shows a clear distinction were it is cooked and where it is raw. The darker parts of the crazy bread were cooked the lighter ones shown below were raw.) Edit: Update - (05/22/2022) It's been a few days since this happened and we never received a call, text, or even an email about this incident. My family that had been coming here for years will never be coming here again after we were ignored and I got severe food poisoning.

The signs not working should have been an omen.I have no choice but to give it the lowest rating possible. We have never had issues here before. But today, we had put in a big order the day BEFORE to pick up at 430. And prepaid it. When we got there, it was not ready. And not ready. We were eventually told the order had been ready, but it vanished or was given away to someone else. Oh, and were told it was busy and it was not their fault they had to also train people. In the meantime, people kept coming in and getting orders. 45 minutes later we get our order. And like two hours later we finally get our email saying we can pick up our order.

Do not come to this location if you want to experience quality customer service. Ordered 2 pies online and came in to see the clueless cashier and crew members chit chatting while our pies were sitting there. Cashier said they were in the oven still. Waited 45 minutes for the pizzas. Shift manager was in her own world on the other side of the prep area not bothering to help. Tried calling the store and got no response. Needless to say that this location does not understand what customer service is. Avoid this location if you want your pizza done the right way.

Worst pizza experience I’ve ever had . From the walking in the door it was horrible we were standing there for at least 10 minutes at least 5 employees stared at us and saw us waiting to order after we finally ordered we waited about 30 minutes after getting our pizza and getting home now to realize we weren’t given the pizza we ordered which I wouldn’t have minded that much other then the fact that it was so sloppy put together and it wasn’t even cut . It was the most unappetizing worst pizza experience we’ve had .

Tonight was one of the worse. Very busy and orders were all coming out wrong while people including myself waited almost an hour others longer. But I wanted to commend Ebony for being the best worker there still accommodating the customers and going beyond the call of duty even if everyone was irate and upset. She truly is one of the best workers there.

Hey guys, let's not come here. Seriously horrible workers here. Just very lacking work ethics. The pizza will either be made very late, or not made at all. We will continue to be given excuses instead of improvement. Second time coming here is the same thing. Please for the love of the food industry don't support this location by ordering here until the manager revamps the staff with proper training and accountability.

This place has some serious issues. My order took over an hour from the time it was supposed to be ready. Employees need to be trained properly. I kept getting asked what my order was. I had little Caesar's before and this time their pizza had no taste!!! I would have been ok if the only problem was the wait because I know these 2 employees were trying hard to get the orders out.
