Thank you MaCarron Airport for having such wonderful and friendly custodians, like Earl. He was very helpful to me with a battery issue I had and assisted me in finding some food before my flight to Burbank. The best part is that Earl is deaf. I studied ASL for about 3 years in school and have quite a few deaf and hard of hearing friends. All of that prepared me for the delightful opportunity to meet Earl. He deserves major kudos.
It was my first time heading to a United Club lounge, and I wasn't sure what I should be expecting. At first, the place is relatively busy with limited seating. The bar was filled with people, so I just grabbed a glass for pop drinks. I was hoping to get some snack to bite on, but nothing was appetizing enough for me to take at all. I was there for slightly over an hour, so by the time I was about to board, the lounge also emptied out a bit.
One thing I liked about the place is that there was an outlet almost everywhere so I could charge my devices no matter where I sat. As it became less busy, I grabbed a glass of white wine for drinking. It would be nice if the place provided some small snacks like cheese and ham. I could only see some almost emptied main dishes and dessert and salad bar - Something simple and easier snacks would be nice...
This location in Las Vegas airport is one of the smallest United Clubs, but as always it's a welcome place to relax and grab a quick bite to eat. Nice staff, good food.
A good decent United club location. I thought it would be bigger since this is the only one at the United terminal in Vegas.
Still, a good location with views of gates and runway of the airport, snack food and many drink options.
It's in between D33 and D35 gates. You have to go up to level 3 in the elevator to get to the club and then just scan your badge and you're in.
Nice little lounge to grab a quick bite to eat before catching a flight, not very big, on the small side. It was nice and quiet, and food options were minimal, but it was all good and delicious.
A big improvement from the era of bagels and Philadelphia cheese, when it was still called red carpet club. This lounge now serves refreshments that are more in line with the amount of money you have to spend to access this place. This lounge is in the upper floor and has a great view of the Las Vegas strip and the United gates area. Oh, and they have real Illy espresso coffee from Trieste, probably the ONLY decent coffee around here.
Spacious with a full size bar. Food options are limited. All is good but access to lounge doesn’t justify the reputation of United .. it was like going tho storage area.. will United CEO like that look of entrance.. just wondering 😏
First time at the United club here in Vegas. Smaller than the ones in LA and SF, but decent quality. To be honest food here is better than SFO United lounge.
Well, it's definitely a lovely club, but if you're not a United ticket holder with the Club card, you can't enter which I found out the hard way even though they said all members should've been notified of the rule 😩
The food was just fine. Ample seating options. But the real star of the show was Dave (David). He’s so kind and makes amazing cocktails, his upbeat energy and love for his job made it a super pleasant stay. Thanks Dave, it was great chatting with you today!
Been in a LOT of United lounges and experienced the good the bad and the ugly. This lounge is my first 5 star United lounge. It is not very big but with views of planes and a thought out food selection you can go pretty far. The truly best part was the customer service from the front desk (Athina) to the busser clearing plates this location is stellar. The bartender and the food runner were efficient and friendly too. 5 Stars!
