Firehouse Subs

I recently visited Firehouse Subs and had an exceptional experience that deserves recognition. Lelen, the cashier, played a pivotal role in making my visit memorable. Right from the start, Lelen greeted me with a warm and friendly demeanor, setting a positive tone for the entire experience. As I placed my order, Lelen demonstrated excellent customer service, patiently guiding me through the menu and helping me make delicious choices. It was evident that Lelen was not just processing transactions but genuinely cared about ensuring customers had a satisfying visit. The highlight of my experience was the sandwich crafted by Lelen. The attention to detail and dedication to quality were evident in every bite. The flavors were well-balanced, and the ingredients were fresh, making it one of the best sandwiches I've had in a while. Moreover, the ambiance at Firehouse Subs was inviting, creating a comfortable space to enjoy the meal. Lelen's positive attitude and exceptional service truly stood out, making this visit a five-star experience. I highly recommend Firehouse Subs, and a big thanks to Lelen for going above and beyond in making my dining experience outstanding.

All of the food was absolutely delicious. We had a large order and the only reason for the 4 stars is that not all of the sandwiches were correct. We asked for no onions on the sandwiches and there were onions. Asked for cheese on some and there was no cheese. Nothing major. We ate everything and it was delicious l, just not perfect. It took a little time to get, but again, we had a large order and we were a walkin so I don't hold that against them.

Awesome place! Great location with the nice patio. Awesome subs, awesome service and the prices are reasonable for the quality you get. They certainly have a tasty sandwich menu and always have a slice of pickle to top it all off! My favorite sub is “ Cajun chicken “. Yummy! I love their subs. All the subs I tried did not disappoint me at all. They were all delicious! They have a huge variety of sauces! Firehouse has a rewards program which is easy to sign up for and use. You just need to download their app. Every time I come to this location the staff is awesome. They are always friendly and welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended! Try them out and you will not be disappointed.

This firehouse subs is awesome! I went in yesterday afternoon and I ordered the brisket sandwich. The flavors were very rich and I was surprised at how tender the brisket was! They put the perfect amount of sweet bbq sauce. Not to little not to much. Quick service and the girl at the register even gave me a complimentary soft drink!!

Absolutely THE BEST firehouse in town!! We recently drove into town from boulder and ate at the one closest to us (on sunset/marks area) which was AWFUL. They are lazy at that location when it comes to sandwiches, further more the quality and quantity doesn’t even compare to this location!! Now THIS location on eastern, was fast and they can make some delicious sandwiches!! We took a chance by ordering via phone and once we received order, there was zero risk involved! Our sandwiches were up to our expectations and the service was outstanding! Great job guys, we’d rather drive the extra 30 minutes to your location than settle for the closer firehouse. Thanks again!

Everytime I come to this location the staff is awesome. Attentive and polite to say the least. And Julia is truly an amazing person/manager. She is right there working with her employees, doing what she asks them to do. Like any good boss would. This location is cleanly. Just a really nice experience.

I came in to claim a free sandwich for my name and I am so glad I did. I had the Nashville Hot Brisket sandwich and it was amazing. Great taste and the perfect amount of spice. The layout and atmosphere of the restaurant was very nice as well as the friendly staff. I cant wait to go back and try more of their menu. The Promotion definitely worked.
