El Nopal

It is the best food at the Stratosphere Hotel and ate there at least twice. When you go expect to wait so if you're really hungry then I suggest you snack before you go because it does take time but you will be satisfied once you receive your food. If you go with a crowd make sure that they understand there's a waiting. To have your food arrive to your table. My experience was they do not have enough people in the kitchen or behind the counter they will take your order but you will have to wait. The food is delicious and if you real hungry it'll disappear off your plate real quick. Like I said if you're very hungry before you go have a snack before you sit down. Does this place get crowded, yes it is always crowded. No they do not take reservations

The wife and I just finished one of the best meals I have eaten in a long time!! The food was fantastic,I had the Carne Asada plate and the wife had steak fajitas,So many different flavors coming through in each and every bite,The rice and beans were among the best I have ever had at any Mexican restaurant ,The meat was tender and very well marinated/seasoned.And a large portion of food for a VERY reasonable price.I will be back

Really good food served here. We got the grilled chicken quesadilla and it was expertly prepared. Tender chicken and seasoned just right. Also got the freshly made chips and salsa bar. Very good as well. This place was busy and for good reason cause they are good but unfortunately had a small sitting area. Friendly helpful staff.
