Best homemade ice cream in town hands down! So much varieties to choose from. My go to are the vegan ice cream. My favorite flavors are the vegan ube and vegan cookie butter. You can turn any flavor ice cream into a milkshake as well! Staffs are always friendly and their customer service is A+🙌🏻. Highly recommend this shop!

I love this ice cream shop. I come here when I'm craving my childhood favorite, Dippin' Dots. I also meet my mom friends here we can enjoy some delicious treats and the kids be entertained with the game machine while we're able to have a quick catch up. Everything I've tried here has been sooo good. I buy their giftcards for my clients who have children and have all thanked me for introducing them to this amazing local ice cream shop.

Customer service was amazing. They were patient as I tried flavors and couldn’t make up my mind or wasn’t clear on what I wanted. The ice cream itself is delicious!! But l their macaroon shells are perfections and make a beautiful macaroon ice cream sand-which that is life changing!! I went back and bought more macaroon cookies so I could take the ice cream I didn’t finish home and make sand which’s with. 10/10 recommend

I absolutely love boba and it's hard to find a good boba place. I love this one boba place in China town called Bambu Dessert and drinks. This new boba place was my first time trying and it's absolutely amazing and the people that work there are very nice. So I highly recommend both place! Was seeking a refreshing shaved ice or shake tonight and so lucky to have stumbled into Scoop LV. If it’s your first visit to Scoop LV, you MUST enjoy “THAT PURPLE SHAKE EVERYONE LIKE” that has Ube ice cream, Oreo cookies and caramel. Trust me when I say it’s delicious because it’s one of my all time favorite shakes. Give Scoop LV a try because you won’t regret it. You’ll feel, “why haven’t I met you sooner”.
