I love this place! So happy to have incredible vegan food with so much flavor only 15 minutes away! I walked in to POTs in February and I’ve been coming back for the koshari ever since! Iman the owner is a friendly, welcoming, authentic chef, mother and bosswoman! Her positive outlook on life and mission to bring healthy flavorful food to Las Vegas is a win win in my book! Happy to enjoy her food and even happier for our friendship!
As for the food- try it all! My top faves are koshari, hummus, babagonoush, those Egyptian fries, ALL of the desserts and specialty drinks! At this point I’ve tried it all
I love the complimentary hibiscus 🌺 iced tea ☕ !!! I like they have an easy menu to navigate for gluten free and vegan or vegetarian specific items. I hope they make me gluten free options, like kosheri!!!
I wish I took more photos, but my friend Coco and I were too excited to eat. I haven’t had food from here since I moved to downtown. I have had everything on the menu and it has never disappointed. I’m glad they are close to the arts district! It’s only a curb side pick up location, but its still soooo worth it. They do have some seats inside if you want to have a quick meal on your lunch break. We ordered the Egyptian Street food platter and the falafel samosas and has a picnic at the park. Highly recommend!!
Another amazing all vegan restaurant that I wholeheartedly endorse!!!
I’d been wanting to try this place for a while as it comes highly recommended. I live across town from them, hence the delay. I can tell you it was worth the wait, and their food is: fresh, delicious, creative, gorgeous, and really satisfying. I cannot wait to go back, to try some more things here!
We had the ‘Just a platter,’ the cauliflower shawarma, and then a delicious little dessert whose name is escaping me... it had toasted coconut, some delicious Creamy vegan sauce, and also some currants.
The people here are so nice and the space is very cozy, happy, and clean.
1st time here. Cute little corner spot. Ordered an arugula salad. Some of the arugula was yellow and looked old. Cauliflower and hummus and pita bread were good. Will try again
Pick up only from a ghost kitchen (building with other restaurant for being picked up). Nothing like the restaurant seen in pictures which was disappointing. No physical staff to explain etiquette or answer any questions; order from digital menu.
FYI, the Cauliflower Shawarma with spicy Tahini ($10.99) is out of this world!!! It's a must!! Very easy to love for anyone new to Egyptian food like me.
If you're looking something different on the vegan side of dining, this is a great place to consider. We stopped by last night for dinner out of curiosity and were pleasantly surprised. We explored the menu and landed on the Cauliflower Shawarma (favorite) made with spicy tahini sauce, labna dressing, salata baladi and arugula. We also had the Taamia pita sandwich and Eygptian Fries, which are spiced with Egyptian doqqa. Dont laugh too hard but the house ketchup made from scratch was exquisite, we had to ask for more. All are pictured below. The place is fairly small so I imagine on a busy night you will need to take your food to go. We will definitely return to try other menu options.
Best meal we’ve had in a while! SO freakin’ good. New cuisine to us and let me tell you, Egyptian Food is THE BEST. Fresh, hot, flavorful, served with a smile, conscientious dining, vegan “leather” couch, compostable optional straws, great vibe, cute place. Their selection of fries is cool/unique and they give you a lot. In fact, all portions were generous. The Konafa Cup dessert is out of this world! Just get to POTS - you WILL love it. This place TRIES (which, a lot of places just slop themselves out there and run with it), they’re humble, they care, and they ROCK it.
Got the cauliflower shawarma, apricot extravaganza, and finished with the halawa brownies. Food came out quickly, and was extremely flavorful and filling. Would highly recommend!
Today I visited @potslasvegas finally! Authentic Egyptian Vegan restaurant owned by an amazing woman chef who brought a taste of her culture to us. Seriously.. the food was amazing. I went all out and ordered even more than pictured because I don't get out much to restaurants during this whole pandemic scenario and this was a vegas bucketlist for me. I can't recommend this place enough. They do so much to give back to our community as well, they deserve our support in return ❤ not pictured we had tahini shake with coconut milk and hibiscus tea (🔥🔥🔥). Even if you're not vegan and you just like yummy authentic food, make a stop here because it's so worth it.
Food is consistently incredible here. Me and my mom are not vegan but we still love coming here. Staff is always kind even when they are super busy. I love getting the Cauliflower Shwarma and the fries are 1000% worth getting. The sauce they give you for the fries is AMAZING, like a ketchup but a million times better and a secret recipe. Can't wait for them to expand to a larger location because this place is amazing.
Loved this place..
All the dishes are vegan and I'm so glad we chose to go here..
It was something different but very refreshing and filling!
