They will cook in oil and use fresh eggs if you can't have the milk in egg batter. Normal restaurant portions. The short stack of flap jacks are 3 regular sized so could be a meal by itself. They have chocolate cover bacon with the waffles. Coffee is very strong, but really good. They constantly refill as soon as it finishes. Side of toast is 1 slice. Cute area looks like you are eating out on a porch.

If you're staying at the Tropicana, and you want to eat breakfast at the usual time, and don't want to eat Starbucks starch, Bacio is your only choice. Good thing they serve good food. We've eaten here M-Th and will likely eat here tomorrow. We had the bacon skillet twice, the Oscar omelet once, and today, our favorite dish the chorizo hash with poached eggs. Generally, their potatoes are excellent; we got a few undercooked spuds with the Oscar. Speaking of the Oscar, there wasn't much crab in it. Maybe an ounce. Service was generally excellent. The only flaw was this morning when were sat out front, by the walkway, where our drinks were not topped off like they are when we sat inside. You're kind of ignored outside. We always share an entree and we felt the skillets had plenty of food for 2. The poached eggs on the chorizo dish were almost perfect, a tad overdone but probably perfect for the general public, most of whom like their eggs overdone and dry. You don't get a lot of meat, typical for restaurants. I guess if you want more meat you can order the steak or ham steak. If we ever stayed at the Tropicana again, which I hope we never will (it's kind of an old dumpy place), we'd eat at Bacio again. P.S. I took the photo after putting hot sauce on, sorry.

Wow. It’s like walking back into the ‘50’s in this second floor cafe. Big windows, pinwheel tile floors (2nd photo) great old B&W framed prints. They serve breakfast and brunch only, complete with mimosas and bloody Mary’s and fresh, strong coffee. I was impressed with the decor and service and once our food was delivered, I was absolutely won over. Husband had pancakes and bacon, fluffy and the size of dinner plates. I had the smoked salmon plate, with capers, tomatoes, herbed cream cheese, red onions, cucumbers and lemon slices. The ports of salmon was enough for two, really. I only left some garnish and a bit of bagel because a lady is supposed to leave something on her plate. I hope they don’t renovate this, it’s beautiful as is. I did not realize the Tropicana is one of the only original casinos still in operation on the strip.

The breakfast menu includes steel cut oats with cinnamon apple. I also ordered a fruit plate. Finding these healthy choices was a good feeling after wandering around the Las Vegas strip for two hours. Prices are high, but the portions are generous and the presentation is artistic.

Bacio has been great for some time now. The atmosphere is very welcoming, the staff is so personable and hard working. The food presentation is so eye appealing and tastes just as good as it looks! I enjoyed myself on numbers of occasions, which is why I have returned multiple times to dine while in town. Best Eggs Benedict in town, a must try!!

Lovely Italian food and great service. Our waiter Antony was very attentive and knowledgeable. Slight problem is maybe the prices but nothing that would stop me eating there again.Definitely recommend and would come back again!
