Wow. The most amazing parmesan garlic fries EVER. Cocktails were overpriced and almost the same price as the burgers, but still good : I got the mezcal and my husband got the blood orange champagne. Not into milkshakes and even more so cheap liquor in milkshakes so we didn't try them, but the server seemed to really want to sell that hahaha We got their burgers, I got The Forager and it was AMAZING: worth the price for sure. Would definitely go back!!! Our server was also very sweet, and that helped. :)

The food was amazing and the onion rings…FIRE. However, something was off about our waitress. She seemed a little disinterested in our table. Other than that, this place makes an amazing - and FILLING - burger!

Food is quite pricey but that's expected on the strip. Went on a Monday evening and got seated right away. Everyone enjoyed their food. Forager burger: 4.5/5 would recommend! Both fries and parmesan fries were good as well

The first burger came out well done, and I sent it back. The second burger came out medium, as I requested, and Holy Smokes, it brought a smile to my face. I got the billionaire and asked for foie gras on the side. The duck liver alone could have been the price of the burger. I loved it. Juicy, meaty, rich flavor, damn good burger when the meat is cooked right.

With limitless options in Las Vegas, it’s great to find an exceptional burger and shake for lunch. A touch pricey but what in LV is not. Burger was excellent, the staff was warm and incredibly attentive and fantastic Brussels sprouts. Holsteins is worth stopping on for a bit if you are in the neighborhood. Oh, the chocolate shake is very, very good 😘

The best burger I’ve ever had. It was so juicy and flavourful. I believe it was called Gold Standard and I added fried egg to it. It was to die for. Will be back next time we’re in Vegas!

In case you come with a group, it near other restaurants and a food court, in ase not everyone wants to eat the same thing. They have a big "bar" area when you first walk in. If you continue walking, it opens to the "restaurant area.” When we first arrived, the hostess and another server chatting and laughing (which is great to see people having fun at work), but we were completely ignored for a solid 45 seconds until they finished the conversation. We say hello and whatnot. The hostess then tells us to "go meet our server over there" (points to the restaurant area past the bar). She seemed a tad bothered and now we have to go find out server. It's not necessarily wrong, but it’s very odd. The bacon mac and cheese, and firecracker meatballs are delicious. We ordered a second round of the meatballs. The wings had that "frozen" taste so we really didnt eat those. Order a shake. It was excellent! The cookie was my favorite part. Cool art all ove the walls. Spacious tables and clean. You could see 2 or 3 employees chatting and joking on every corner of the restaurant. Again, it can be tedious working with customers, and it's always great that you can have fun at work, but customers can't get up, go in the kitchen, and get their food and drinks, so maybe checking in out your table more often would be a good practice. Perhaps there was so much "downtime" because it seemed like it was slow and not many tables had customers (which makes total sense that coworkers gather around to make the time pass faster), but then you should definitely be able to check in more often.

Last night, I had one of the best hamburgers I have ever had! What a delightful restaurant Holsteins is! My son had the Billionaire burger and I had the Num-num! I had the most amazing chocolate shake! The restaurant is super easy to find! Right next to the chandelier at the Cosmopolitan! Service was super friendly and the food came out cooked precisely and quickly! Great place for before a show!! The burger was so good because of the quality of the beef! Hand ground Wagyu I was told! Fantastic spot on the Strip!

My husband had an amazing burger experience at Holsteins! The buns were a game-changer—so crispy and delicious! One thing to note is that the burgers don't come with fries, and there's an extra charge for them. But hey, the service was top-notch, and a special shout-out to the bartender for awesome recommendations for him. Overall, great vibes and tasty bites.

I would consider this a no-frills burger joint. Nothing so special you're gonna want to write home to mama about. The selection of burgers isn't particularly expensive. I had the classic, and it was cooked to perfection. A solid burger that definitely hit the spot. And, a big one two. I went with onion rings, and I regret it. They're not bad, but they're definitely not great. It's difficult to make a great onion ring, and they aren't there yet. Currently, they're more battered and fried than anything else, and that's how I'd best describe them. Go for the fries. Not much in the way of wine, but enough beers to find something you're looking for, and a full bar, of course. Burger getting close to a five, but with a limited selection. Onion rings a three. With that, Holsteins gets a four overall.
