We love this place! The staff are so accommodating and friendly. The place is clean and welcoming and the food is amazing! Wish we had a store closer to us in the UK.

Ordered the shack stack burger and cheese fries. Burger was pretty good, although not exceptional. (In comparison, the fried chicken sandwich from Crack Shack was more satisfying.) I did like the crusted edges of the meat patty. The fries were very good, but I did not feel that the cheese sauce added anything.

First time at Shake Shack and it did not disappoint!
Amazing flat top grill crusted edges, fantastic beef flavour. Simply amazing. A simple bun, so the meat is the star (Gordon Ramsay's Burger needs to eat here).
Had the Dairy Free Chocolate shake- wow! Thick and rich, fantastic!

The burgers were both so good and of course the milk shakes too! Considering what you pay for food on the strip I didn’t find the prices too bad! I would go back! We need one in Canada!

Awesome burgers, fries, shakes, and chicken nuggets. Fries are crispy! Milkshakes are really good esp in the Vegas heat! Located outside NYNY casino along side the strip on the corner of the park. Lots of seating inside and outside

Great first experience - the service was friendly and helpful. Ordered Double Smokeshacks, fries and a drinks - came out quick with a smile and tasted delicious. I loved the pepper (capsicum) relish, which cut through the amazing cheese and juicy patties. Enjoyed myself immensely.

Wow... I've never had Shake Shack before... I feel awkward saying it but I think I liked it more than In-N-Out. It feels dirty even thinking it. But those buns were heavenly, the crust on the edge of the burger was amazing, and the crinkle fries were PERFECT.
TBH though, the Black & White shake was not my favorite. In-N-Out neapolitan shake gets the easy win on this one.

Its vegas so this place was packed but still found a place to sit, they have a large table in the middle for large families. Decided to try the double avocado bacon burger and the shroom burger along with a creamsicle float and fries. The burgers were a bit too small for the price, so one is not enough if you're hungry. They were both really good, I highly recommend the shroom burger.

The speed of service was also good, orders being called out by name. At the North end of the strip but definitely walkable if you have the time.

One of the best burger we have in a fast food ! Customer satisfaction is really important here. We have been served by Anna and at NY NY casino hotel on Las Vegas blvd. The beef burgers we had were among the best we ever had. We also tried the chicken nuggets but we thought they were too greasy and did not like it much. We came back to try a shake (which are also really excellent). We told Anna that we did not enjoy the nuggets much because she asked for our feedback and she immediately insisted to give us an order of fries with cheese. Would recommend to anybody. I hope I would have a shake shack near me in Quebec city.
