All the hype about this restaurant is valid! Such an amazing meal, one I'll be talking about for weeks and months to come. Our waitress Mary was knowledgeable and professional, we asked about a previous entree, she recommended another one that was superb. The service here is impressive. I enjoyed a Market Margarita with cilantro, smoked peppers and fresh lime. Wonderful! We started with Kobe Beef Tacos. They are lil bite size pieces of flavorful haven't. We shared the black cod set up but with sea bass, which was to die for. Melts in your mouth, excellent flavors of miso, ginger and fresh herbs. Paired with a filler of beef, caramelized onions, asparagus and portobello mushrooms. Nobu will be on my list to return to over and over. An amazing, unforgettable full culinary experience!

I would give the food here 5+ stars. It's the service that knocked it down a star. We had 8:30 pm reservations on a Thursday evening. We were seated right away. Our server, however, just seemed to be going through the motions, talking so fast, and not being personal at all. It all felt very rushed, which seemed to be the theme at every restaurant in Las Vegas. We eat a lot of sashimi and tartare, and we have to say this was the best yellowtail and tuna we have ever had...anywhere. There's something about that delicate sauce surrounding the fish that is the best. We also had the Miso Black Cod which is the chef's specialty. It was a generous serving and very flavorful. My wife thought it was a little too sweet, but I thought it impeccable. The shrimp and vegetable tempura was pretty typical, and way overpriced at $40. We would not order that again. We finished the meal with a miso tart that was fantastic. For the reputation this place has, we expected to have our socks knocked off, and because of the service, we didn't.

Fine dining at its best! Definitely bring your adult wallet because food is delicious and expensive. I thought we would have a nice quiet dinner since Thanksgiving was the next day, I figured the restaurant wouldn’t be packed, but it was. Lol! I’ve been trying to get reservations for Malibu location which’s near me, no luck at all. Always booked up and only late nights are available. It was nice to get into this location without the hassle of calling & being on hold for 1 hour. Food was great, service was great, I just wish we had a little more privacy while eating, all the tables are so close together. Great location. However; you do have to pay for parking, unless you have all the rewards from the hotel. I think parking was $18 at self parking at Caesars Palace .. Try eating here at least once.

The sushi at Nobu stands out with its freshness, and entrusting our server to guide our culinary journey was the best choice. However, the only disappointment was the lobster tempura, which didn't meet expectations... Personally it feels like a waste to tempura lobster especially given the high price point. Despite this, the overall dining experience was exceptional, with great service, and a special atmosphere.

Enjoyed an amazing meal and experience at Nobu in Caesar's! We were celebrating our anniversary and the staff made it a beautiful night! The food, of course, was top notch. We wanted the full experience so we ordered the full tasting for 2. We let the chef pick everything for us - I like to trust the chef on what is best. After all of that, they made a sweet anniversary dessert for us. The price is definitely worth the experience.

The food was incredible and the service is out of this world, just keep in mind it does have a price tag to match but worth it. We did the full tasking Menu and it was incredible. It’s fun to have a bite or two on a new plate every couple minutes and sample the different and amazing dishes that Nobu puts together. For me more of a special occasion place but so good.

The food was good but I felt like everything was very overpriced. However I will say the batter for the tempura was very well done. I also enjoyed the eggplant. But I could easily get something like this from a good sushi/dimsum place from where I’m from. Glad i still god to experience it though

During our visit to Nobu Las Vegas, Kris stood out as a server, illuminating our evening with his profound knowledge of the menu and guiding us to some of the chef's most divine selections. Gabe complemented the service with his unwavering attentiveness. And let's not forget the culinary delights - the fish and steak were of a caliber that only Nobu could achieve. An unforgettable experience in the heart of Vegas!

Stunningly expensive, but the food is prepared so perfectly, and the entire experience so unique, it was definitely worth it. My son and I had the signature Omakase, and every morsel - from sea urchin, to lobster, cod and scallops, to Kobe beef, even the dessert - was delectable, elegantly presented, and a perfect bite. The service is personal but never intrusive, and the servers explained each item on all of the many courses in great detail. An experience to be shared, savored and remembered.
