We have been wanting to try this place for awhile because of all the hype from Vegas locals who spoke very highly of this place. I made reservations about 2 months in advance because of the high demand of this place. I took my husband for his birthday dinner and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. When we walked in we were immediately seated and the festivities began. Our server Tyler was amazing, he made great recommendations and all were spectacular. From the apps, to the drinks and the main entrees were all just so amazing. I can see why they are so liked in the Valley. We had the spicy muscles and calamari for apps. For the main entrees we had the rib eye and braised short rib stuffed pasta with garlic mash, asparagus and garlic mushrooms and it was all just so flavorful. This is a spot we will at least visit once a month. Thank you for such a memorable dinner and experience.

When I think of what I would call a perfect restaurant it would be one where a setting is classy and elegant with champagne taste on an imported lager budget. Different eclectic music would be blaring throughout the ambience with a diverse crowd. The staff would be nice and helpful, someplace were you can fit right in. Not only are the staff both of what I just mentioned they’re very informative. It was me and my wife’s first time visiting Herbs & Rye. Tyler went out his way to make sure we had a gratifying experience! His exquisite demeanor plus knowledge solidified our passion for this special gem. We came in to celebrate my wife’s birthday. Wanting something different than “the usual” drinks. Tyler thoroughly explained the refreshment menu. We decided to go with the pain killer and brown derby. For the grub we went with the ribeye and New York steak with the garlic mashed potatoes. The ending sealed the show with a mini birthday cake they presented. What was fascinating to us is at first we thought Herbs & Rye logo was plastic however it’s actually chocolate and can be eaten. Also VERY delicious I might say! I would DEFINITELY recommend this place and will most definitely come back to visit!

My recent visit to Herbs and Rye in Vegas left me thoroughly impressed and eager to award it a well-deserved 5 stars. The restaurant's unique Prohibition Era theme sets the stage for an enchanting dining experience, blending the charm of the past with modern hospitality. I must say, it's quite unexpected, but a pleasant surprise! Please note, reservations are a must as they can only accommodate walk ins at the bar for 20 persons. Luckily, I had a reservation and was seated promptly.
Can we talk about Herbs and Rye having happy hour on Saturday??? YES, PLEASE!!! This adds even more to the appeal of this establishment as a must go-to spot during the weekend.
My cocktail for the evening was the Brown Derby which was absolutely exquisite. My boyfriend had an EH Taylor old fashioned. He said it was one of the best old fashioned cocktails that he has ever had!
Next, I had the Mafaldine, their bolognese pasta dish, for my main course. The flavors were nothing short of delectable and the portion size was really satisfying.
In summary, Herbs and Rye stands out not only for its creative theme but also for its commitment to delivering exceptional food and service. For those seeking a culinary journey with a touch of nostalgia, this hidden gem in Vegas is absolutely clutch to your places to visit.

I can't remember our server's name but he and ALL of the staff were so friendly, professional, and cool. The food is always spectacular and perfectly seasoned/cooked. It's our second time back and we love the quality of the food here. The ribeye and lobster tails are so worth it. We tried the four sauces and even the caesar salad is so damn delicious. I don't even eat salad that much! Thank you for the wonderful service it makes the difference because they removed plates on time and refilled our drinks without being too interruptive to our conversations. Love this place so much!

We only had drinks here. Can’t recommend this place enough if you’re looking for a unique experience! We had Lorenzo as bartender and he was the most skilled bartender I’ve ever seen! Gave us great recommendations for cocktails and descriptions of ones we asked about even while he prepared other cocktails! Lorenzo is very knowledgeable, skilled, and fun to talk to! I can’t recommend this place enough if you want good cocktails with an emphasis on history

My first time in LV. The bartender from another place introduced us to this restaurant so we came without a booking. First of all the hostesses were very professional verbally and physically. They managed to get us a table so quick. The bartender has such a high awareness while he was super busy fixing the drinks. When we sat down a busser attended us real quick by coming to say hi, offer a water and bread. Our server was very nice and professional. He took time talking to us and explained the menu. Overall I’m so impressed with all the staff.
Food wise : The pork with blue cheese crust was the star of the night (will definitely come back for the pork) The steak was huge and cooked perfectly. The squid ink pasta was huge portion, pasta cooked perfectly a lot of seafood which I love it but the sauce was just not my style. French onion soup was delicious. My espresso martini was super duper good it was just perfect 👍🏼 Btw they have such a great tea selection 🍵

We had a great experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, the wait staff was amazing, and they were even able to accommodate us arriving a little early. We had the spicy mussels - highly recommend! It was just the right amount of spice and it was actually a good amount of mussels. We got the cacio e Pepe to split and that was amazing! Honestly I was more excited about the pasta than the steak we got and I love steak. Both the pasta and the mussels were half off. We also got the ribeyes with the added sauces. Adding sauce will cost you an extra $4. Drinks were pretty good too but just so you know cocktails are not included in the happy hour, just the well drinks. Each cocktail is about $16-19. Happy hour as of the time of this review is the entire day so from when they open at 5pm to 3am when they close. Great ambience, it gives vintage bar and steakhouse. It’s a nice spot for dates and late drinks. Most people were dressed pretty casual. Overall we had a great time and we only ended spending about average for a steakhouse.

Great experience. I didn’t have a reservation and was able to grab a seat at the bar within 5 minutes. Bartenders are very friendly and know what they’re doing. The drinks are amazing! The ribeye was pretty good, but nothing to write home about. Definitely worth it during happy hour (half off from 5pm-8pm), but probably not worth it at full price. I highly recommend the crème brûlée too.

OK this place is off the hook!
The HYPE was RIGHT!
Neil and Angel our servers were excellent!
Be sure to make a reservation, folks were lined up 30mins before they opened at 5!
The salad was huge and one of the best Caesar salads we’ve had in a long time!
I had the ribeye with mushrooms and onions. Really good
My wife has the fillet it was excellent! Very tender
We got the flight of four sausage, but we really love the chimichurri and the peppercorn the best .
The whiskey, mash potato’s were off the hook!
The bread pudding was good not as good as some.
But overall a must try
10/10

Andreas provided great service and recommendations from drinks to main course and was a pleasure to talk to. Cacio y Pepe was fantastic, fresh pasta and sauce was spot on! Jalapeño cream corn and sprouts and swine were perfect sides and the ribeye was cooked perfectly. Happy hour was a bonus. Always plan on stopping in when I am in town!

Wow! I had an absolutely incredible experience at this place! The ribeye was tender and full of flavor, making it one of the best I've ever tasted. And let's not forget their fantastic collection of cocktails - from classics to creative mixes, they had something to please every palate.
But what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the servers. They were super nice, professional, and friendly, making us feel welcomed and valued throughout the entire meal. It was a perfect blend of delicious food, outstanding cocktails, and fantastic hospitality, creating an unforgettable dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a delightful evening! 🌟🥩🍹👏

The staff worked with us on our reservation time and seating for a birthday celebration with 10 guests! They were so accommodating, the atmosphere and music was such good vibe, and the food was immaculate!
The beef tartar, calamari, and flatbread pizza was our favorite appetizers. All the steaks were delicious the salmon was amazing! The garlic mash, creamy horseradish for the steaks, and truffle mac and cheese, and truffle fries were our fave sides. The creme brulee, donuts, and birthday cookie were all amazing!
It was the celebrants first time there and she said it was well worth it! Thank you for accommodating us and providing excellent service all night!

What a gem, this is officially one of my faves in Vegas. If you’re looking for good food, drinks, service and vibes look no further. This is the spot.
We went on a Tuesday thinking it would be quiet and boy were we wrong. Definitely make a reservation if you want a table. We ended up dining at the bar which I must admit I might prefer now, the bartenders were all exceptional (lorenzo and Brie)
Happy hour all night at both bar and tables also a huge win. Who doesn’t want %50 off their steak!?? My NY strip with Peppercorn was juicy and recommended Whiskey Shallot potato a must. My husband had the Handmade bolognese which was huge and also delicious.
Can’t wait to go back.

Amazing food and atmosphere. If you go, make sure to ask for Gabby as your server. She suggested cocktails after asking what things I liked and made perfect recommendations, even trusting her on a drink. Food is out of this world, perfectly cooked.
Make sure to make a reservation for happy hour half price food.

Incredible cocktails and steaks. Came in for happy hour which is an unbeatable deal (half off steaks) and got dinner at the bar. The bartenders were incredibly helpful and welcoming, some of the best service I had in recent memory.

My rating is solely based on Takeout.
Woke up late from traveling and was craving a steak off the strip. Found Herbs & Rye on a blog and had to try it.
Let’s start by saying this isn’t a cheap meal. Total was $230 for two ribeyes, garlic mash and asparagus. Well worth it though.
The steak was cooked to perfection even after driving back to the hotel. It was medium/medium rare and still warm. They nailed the takeout temp. The mashed potatoes are the star as they are truly garlic mash and the highlight of our night. The asparagus had a nice snap to them and cooked perfectly.
The ambiance inside was so nice and it was popping off! The staff sucked. We waited at least 15 before was greeted with the takeout order we placed. The front girl needs to be more aware of people present than those over the phone. Or at least get some additional help.
Regardless will return and dine in this time! Tons of parking from what we saw.

“Where the locals go for a great meal and fantastic cocktails.”
We couldn’t agree more.
We were given great recommendations for absolutely amazing drinks. Our steaks were seasoned to perfection and the sides were enough to share for two (asparagus, button mushrooms and whiskey potatoes and shallots).
The winner of the night was a Nolet Gin Gimlet and an Amaro Daiquiri oh and the Crème Brûlée for dessert.
Pro tip: Happy hour for great prices!

From the welcome in at the front door the hydration from the awesome bartenders. The food also does not disappoint. Happy Hour will save you some cash but regardless this place is a must every time I land in Vegas.
