Whataburger

This place has the best burgers I have ever had! The meat is the secret ingredient. They def have a variety to choose from. The breakfast biscuits and gravy are my all time favorite I can eat them at any time of the day and the price!!! Wow! Talk about money saving..not the dollar menu but hey. You pay for quality here.

This is my local neighborhood Whataburger. I have lived in the area for over a year and eat here at least once a week. Their service is consistently good. I order the same thing every time, green chile burger, no bun and they get it right every time. I've also recently downloaded the app, and their curbside is the way to go! Sometimes the drive thru line is so long it wraps around the place. But place my order, drive there, get a curbside spot, and within minutes of checking in- my food is ready and I am on my way. Thank you all for what you do and for feeding hungry people! Stay golden!

I normally like Whataburger, when it's done correctly. I ordered online for this location so there could be no miscommunication about how I wanted my food. My bacon cheeseburger that was supposed to be plain add onions was onions, cheese, mustard.........and no hamburger patty. My other burger which only specified NO PICKLES had what seemed like extra on there. We ordered one Coke and one Diet and they handed us one, said it was the Coke and then when the second came..."here's the other" with no tabs pressed to indicate. It does NOT taste like Diet, and as a Type 1 Diabetic, I need to know if it is regular or not. When I called to get it refunded, the store informed me that since I had placed it online they could not help me. How can they not refund a $20 order when they mess it up? They did not even provide the product I paid them for (two hamburgers) since one did not even have the meat on there! I was just told repeatedly I would have to go through online means instead of just having someone at the store assist me since THEY made the food wrong. This makes me want to stop going to Whataburger in general, as this is not the first issue I have had with a local location. They push you off to corporate for any concerns so they are not accountable for their issues. It would have taken 10 minutes tops to get it done at the location, but now I've been on hold with corporate for longer than that trying to get this resolved.

I stopped in to have dinner the manager greeted me and took my order she had great service then when I went to sit down in a corner booth I was stopped by a girl named cadence she said I couldn't sit there because she was going to mop in the whole 45 min I was there eating she never picked up a mop instead she went around talking to the other employees sitting down on there break this is why my review is low for this whataburger in all the years I have been coming here I have never seen such poor attitude and no courtesy from that one girl I wonder if she ever mopped
