Jimmy John's

We love Jimmy John's. As a vegetarian, it's hard to find a good sub. They've great here. Clean and fresh ingredients. Only thing that bothers me is they've added a $2 delivery fee. If it went to the drivers, I'd be ok with it. It doesn't. So, I still tip, they use they're cars and gas, but why add a delivery fee?

I ordered $70 worth of sandwiches for pick up and realized one of the sandwiches was missing and asked if they could come drop it off, due to the fact that I was already eating. They said no we don’t have anybody to deliver it. I guarantee you if it was a delivery order they wouldn’t of had a problem delivering it. This is why I rarely eat at Jimmy John’s.

We were here about 12:30 Saturday .we were very surprised to find the place almost empty of customers . Our first time at Jimmy Johns . Service was very freindly and helpful . However the sub was very dry and almost tasteless . I took half home to doctor up a bit but still like it was on old bread . Not one to give up ..we will try it one more time .

Our office normally love Jimmy Johns! Today was an exception. There were 3 accidents on Ulmerton Road. We were not notified that our order was going to take an hour nor were we compensated for our long wait. We typically pay $10 a piece for lunch and the reason we pay so much is for the convenience of the QUICK delivery. If we had been given that courtesy today we would have ordered from somewhere else.

Horrible service! They barely deliver past their own front door. Last week we ordered delivery and our food was here in less than 15 minutes from the order, mind you, the subs from Publix are MUCH better. We called again tonight and the employee stated that they do not deliver here. (They are less than 3 miles down the street!). I mentioned they had delivered no problem a week ago, and the employee responded with a snarky "well, they may have before, but we shouldn't have and won't". Personally, their subs are over rated, over priced and all bread. It's odd that they don't deliver anywhere close, but I'm always hearing radio spots about Jimmy John's delivery and how great they are at it. What a joke.

Not worth the money! Lucky for me, my wife gave me a $30 dollar gift card. Been there twice and both times was horrible. First time I ordered a tuna sandwich. It’s was made before I even paid. Should of known the quality would be horrible but I gave it a shot. Ate half and trashed the rest. So today I wanted to give Jimmy Johns another chance. Walked in and wasn’t a soul in the place. Ordered a roast beef sandwich and once again done before I could pay. Words can not describe how bad this sandwich was. I actually laughed, then took all the lettuce and tomatoes off and tried again. After two more bites I laughed some more and trashed it.If your into really terrible sandwiches but need it quick this is the place for you. Pre made subs from Safeway or firehouse would be a better option in Largo Mall. Going to donate the rest of the card to someone who is in need.
