I had placed an order via the TSC app, which this location fulfilled fine, but my Dasher didn't even deliver my order to me. I had contacted both Door Dash and Tropical Smootie Cafe Customer service to get this issue resolved. Two of the staff members at this location are amazing as they attempted to resolve my issue. Cass really goes above and beyond in Customer Service. Emily also likes to see problems through as well as give updates. It because of the caring Customer Service that I still go to this TSC location. Thank you, Cass and Emily, for resolving my delivery issue.

(And make sure you order through the app because there are lots of rewards like this week, free smoothie with any food purchase (gotta be more than just a side). The app is kind of confusing just know you might have to get help when you get in here to order your food, Totally worth it though!).
