Good food, and clean environment. If you're hungry and you crave a good tasting sandwich then Jimmy John's is the place to go. The place wasn't busy at the time, but I have had their food twice and can say that I recommend this business based on the speed of order completion, ease of ordering, and the cleanliness of the environment. I gave a 4 star because twice they forgot the Jimmy Peppers I ordered on the sandwich but overall good sandwich for the price.

Do you ever have a busy day, and then someone does a “small” thing that makes your day easier? Well, Shombay, Curtis, and Bobby did that for me today. They are exceptional people that work here! Bobby took my order and was very kind and personable. I was picking up food for an event and ordered several drinks. I asked for a drink carrier, and unfortunately, they didn’t have any. BUT, Curtis said, “Wait, we don’t have any, but we can make you one.” I was like, wait really? And then Shombay pulled out a box and swiftly turned it into a drink carrier for me, and a box for the sandwiches. I was so grateful! Their thoughtfulness made all the difference, made my day easier, and kept me from spilling soda in my car. Give them a raise! :)

Overcrowded at lunch and sometimes messes up orders, but “freaky fast” indeed. Recommended if you’re short on time. I frequent this restaurant entirely too often. Living and working around downtown, it tends to be one of my go-tos when I need something to eat and I don’t have a lot of time (or if I’m feeling lazy). Of all the times I’ve ordered here, they’ve messed up my order a handful of times- sometimes with the wrong chips, wrong drink or forgotten drink, wrong sandwich, wrong phone number upon delivery, etc.- but again, I order here a lot, and these mistakes have been the minority of orders I’ve placed. Food is satisfying and depending on what you order, it can be a healthier option. That said, I don’t really eat here to be healthy, so I’m a big fan of their Kickin’ Ranch. I also appreciate the variety of ways I can customize my sandwich (love adding Dijon mustard and avocado!). I’ve heard others complain about the online ordering system, but of all the times I’ve ordered, it’s always been online except for maybe once. They’ve quickly received it every time. Overall, I’d recommend this place. It’s quick, affordable, and filling.
