Fast service. Food is hot. Though I typically only go when they're not super busy. I'd probably visit more often except it is Frandor, which is probably better for my health anyway.

This Mcdonald’s location has very big windows! They have drawn on their windows as well. I feel like the decor really screams “burger”. Thank you to Kisha for handing me my burger bag,
therefore unlocking my spin to win.

The food was pretty good, but my experience with the manager Kisha was even better! She was very courteous when I asked for a copy of my receipt and quickly got it to me. Will return :)

Honestly normally I leave awful reviews but this is literally the only McDonald’s to never mess anything up. I’ve gone here for years now and they definitely earned a good review.

Nicest crew of any McDonald's I've ever visited. The store is clean, bathroom is tidy, and management is visibility working next to crew members every time I visit. That's the key to a smooth running operation; managers that are willing to do actual work and lead by example. Other locations in Lansing could and should use this location as an example of how to run a great McDonald's restaurant.

Got food fast. Building looked clean considering all the snow. Almost $30 for 3 meals yikes but decent for fast food.
