Great little spot to meet and relax in front of a warm fireplace. 🔥 Loved it! The service was lovely. The kind young lady behind the counter offered to make me a free drink when it became apparent that my friend wasn't going to show, due to the bad MI weather. 💜

I like this bigby, the staff is great with suggestions when you just don’t know what you want. I tried a Red Bull cream drink and it was really good!

There was only one worker and she was great! She kept her composure with having a long line. I didn't like the sandwich but I did like the coffee. She was awesome!

My coffee and Turkey Havarti Bragel were amazing this morning! Normally I go to the Biggby on W Saginaw Hwy every Monday, but lately their coffee has been tasting different, so I tried this one. Surprised to see only one employee was working. She was making a drink for the person before me and therefore did not say hello when I walked in. She also seemed very unfriendly. I suppose I can’t blame her, as I might be irritated, too if my managers didn’t properly staff.

My experience for that day was great which is why I gave a five star rating. I usually would stop by right before I'd head off to work. Sometimes I'd have to wait just depending on the situation but the staff is friendly and talkative. Haven't been back there in month so my next experience could be different.
