I apologize but ate all the food and it was delicious before I thought of writing this review, so I have no photographs of the spaghetti with meat sauce. But I want to emphasize is that I notice how hard working the server was for our cleaning our tables off delivering food. I have been coming to this place for years and this is the first time that I watch the young man, cleaning the tables, actually pull them away from the wall clean carefully go to the tables and slide and back, he did an excellent job and I am so impressed. I think Tim and I really appreciate his hard work here so this just added to my pleasure of dining here after many decades and really loving driving for 50 miles to get here this Fazoli’s is well worth the meal Specially, for the pride of us employees. My wife loves to order the pagetti with marinara sauce and noodles with Alfredo sauce with this sauce is on the side. I love to order two spaghetti’s with meatballs, which comes with Pat and they are delicious breadsticks. A very minor mistake was made with the food, but our server and cashier Tay’iona quickly and cheerfully corrected. The problem which is just minor, but she wanted us happy. I really appreciate her attention to us and being so nice to us. We travel 50 miles to eat in Fazoli’s and it’s worth the trip. Every time I order food it is always delicious and I love the cooks in the back they do they do such a generous job with their skills Cooking and I appreciate the person who goes around cleaning off the tables and keeping this place back in span you cannot go wrong eating at Fazoli’s specially at the Lansing site.

I’ve been to a few Fazolis and I’ve got to give it up to this location. They are THROWING DOWN in that damn kitchen! Not only that they are polite AF! Girl at the window says, “Sorry about the wait it’s being made”. 5 minutes had past, 5 minutes y’all! She’s like would you like a desert for the inconvenience, and lists a few off. I’m like in awe, sweetie it’s been 5 minutes it’s really ok. But I chose the chocolate cheese cake (amazing). Then the cook hands me my bag 1 minute later with the most precious smile. Yall I get home this food, is hot fresh and bursting with flavor. From the Customer Service to the Food I couldn’t recommend this location enough. Especially in the colder months when we’re all craving delicious comfort food. Thanks again to the Crew at this Fazolis location. Your service was a breath of fresh air and I truly appreciate you!

I have been to the Lansing Fazzoli’s about 3 times since moving to Lansing each time the service and food were great, but today your employees went above and beyond. A female employee who I believe was a manager, took my order and was very polite. I walked out the door with my order and somehow it flew out of my fingers and fell on the sidewalk ruining one of my meals. It was completely my fault and I felt awful. I was so exhausted from the shift I just worked, I scooped up the mess with the help of another customer and the employee immediately took the mess from us and wouldn’t let me help her clean it up. She was very kind and told me not to worry they would whip up another ziti, which they did in record time. I was having a bad day and she showed world class customer service and empathy. I wish I’d remembered to get her name; it was around 4pm today and she should be recognized!

It has been a long time since I have been to a fast food restraunt where the restraunt, staff, food, and service exuded such was warm, professional, and positive atmosphere. The food was delicious and delivered incredibly fast. The staff were friendly, courteous, and very happy. The restraunt was very clean and full of people. I will definitely be going back. I would like to commend the owner, managers, and especially the staff for doing such an excellent job.

I admit that even though I live quite close, it has been a while since I've eaten at Fazoli's. I remember always enjoying the food in the past...and I am happy to say that I still do. My baked lasagna was very tasty, and the portion size was quite ample, especially for the price. The staff was friendly and, from the drive through, everything looked clean. They were also very quick and efficient, and my order was packed very neatly.
