First time visitor. I drove up thinking the place looked a little sketchy, then the worker told me they were out of shakes. I was like this is crazy. No shakes at Steak and Shake!? I was ready to be disappointed but no lie those burgers were 🔥 the fries were good too. I'd definitely be back.

The fries were very delicious. The burger was good but I've had better. The shake was only 3/4 of the way full. We didn't want the whip cream but I think they add it so the shake doesn't look so empty. You place your order on the kiosk. Should have a menu on the wall.

Was skeptical about the previous reviews, but had a good experience! Yes, expect to use a kiosk to order, but our food was brought out to us in a very timely manner and it was good as always!

This was the first time I've been to steak and shake in years, and I was pleased with the visit. Food was great, shakes were delicious. They were pretty busy and everything came out in a timely order.

Went in tonight with my husband and daughter. They were short staffed and closing early but we didn't know that until after we got our food. The 2 gentleman that were cooking and then cleaning were just that gentleman. One brought our food to our table, very courteous, interacted with my 2yr old daughter and was just extremely pleasant. We apologized for holding them up when they were trying to close and the 2nd gentleman that was cleaning the lobby reassured us we weren't being rush and to take our time. Working in a restaurant myself I wouldn't have dined in had I known they were closing early, but I appreciate the gentleman that were working tonight. Amazing customer service 👏. Thank you.

Served fresh, drive thru only we did not wait long.
First time eating here. Loved it. The fries were awesome a bit salty for us. Two aduots and a kids meal 26$ thank you
