Please tell me what part of beef, bacon or pineapple looks like a stick 🤢 also, tell me why they gave us expired coupons. BOTH boxes have expiration dates of 3/25 and this pizza is from toay, 4/1.

I was disappointed that the box with trays was actually a box with pizza boxes inside (not like in the ad). But the pizzas and mini rolls were good. The breadsticks with cheese were edible but that was about it. Had no interaction with the driver (scampered away really fast!).

The restaurant smelled like old wet carpet. This is an employee eating right in front of the check out stand and also in street clothes working in the back. We ordered a two ingredient stuffed crust pizza and when it was brought to our table, it only had one ingredient. The waitress took it off the bill but that's not even the point - we requested TWO ingredients, how on earth can one mess this up? Not a fan and probably won't go back.

What I ordered online, and what I received were not the same. The email confirmation I had from the online order reflected the correct amount charged, and thus the items I ordered. The receipt and items received from the store were totally different than the online confirmation. I will not use Pizza Hut again; I cannot trust that what I order is what I will receive.

Pizza was hot and ready when we arrived. Staff was very polite. Pizza was delicious.

EVERYTHING!! I did my order online in the afternoon for a later delivery. My order was not only perfect but, it was on time, the pizza was so hot, I had to let it cool to eat it. The delivery lady was SO SO SO kind and polite. I wish I would have got her name. I would recommend or request her for every delivery. Thank you.

When we placed the pickup order online, we put the wrong time. We called immediately (less than two minutes) to the restaurant and asked if they could change the pickup time. The employee said the time could no be changed because it would mess up the credit card information - we had to come pick up the pizzas at the time we indicated when we ordered.
