I've always received great service regardless of time of day or week. Never had a bad meal. Excellent menu choices, affordable. Relaxed environment. The salad bar is phenomenal.

Got dragged here by someone who was a fan of the food despite the fact I had received an uncooked burger here on my last visit. Big surprise, I managed to get yet another uncooked burger. I asked for medium (some pink) not this, which is clearly rare, which is not a permissible cooking method per the health department. Fed to dog after taking the photograph.

We haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in years, so we decided to give it a try. The food and service were good and the price we paid was very reasonable!!

The food was amazing. My fiance and I enjoyed everything we got. Our server was the best part of our experience. He made us feel very welcomed, he made us laugh, he kept checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed and even did extra small things that made things easier on us. He was very delightful and one of the best servers we ever had! Thank you John for giving us a wonderful experience!

The food is usually pretty good, but depending on when you go, you'll get questionable service and attentiveness from the staff. I've never had a problem with dinner, but have had issues with lunch several times. Like a lot of restaurants in this genre, the overall quality of the food has declined, as well. Overall, a decent choice. Just pick your time carefully.

I love their salad bar. Over 50 items to choose from, the calorie content is clearly listed on the menu as well as the salad bar, and the service is good. If you need to substitute something because of an allergy or you need something cooked a certain way, they are very accommodating. We really enjoy coming here.
