This is a unique restaurant serving a menu featuring fermented and pickled food. I had the European and Korean pickles and they were both delicious! I also had the carrot elixir which was different but tasty. The owners are great people and friendly. Highly recommend!

The kindest people own this place and their food is not only good, but interesting. Best ramen on the island. Would highly recommend, thank you to Trap and Sonya for the best family lunch of our trip.

We held our wedding rehearsal dinner in July here and it could not have been more perfect. For a group of our size, we had the entire space -- inside and outside -- and guests loved the flexibility. We'd been there one other time and, like the first time, the food did not disappoint. And they have a great stock on beer and wine. Sonya is wonderfully responsive, professional and kind and added cute little touches to the dinner. Highly recommend Anthes Ferments for any kind of private party!

Excellent food! We had the smoked chicken ramen and it was delicious. We also had an appetizer of the kimchi deviled eggs that were really good. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this restaurant to friends.

A nice, small spot in Langley serving Asian Fusion/whatever is good or in season. Everything seems to be done in house or locally sourced. The people are friendly and the ramen was fantastic.

What a great, healthy find! And the owners are caring, friendly and talented! This restaurant has fermented options as well as soap bowls and wonderful small plates. The probiotic food just feels good. I highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy tasty healthy food.

We stumbled upon this gem tonight. The food was absolutely delicious. The skewers were perfectly marinated and beautifuly grilled. They ferment and create all of their sauces and marinades. Everything was flavorful, fresh and tasty. I recommend the Korean pickles as an appetizer. The owners Sonya and Trap were lovely and made the evening a lot of fun.

Food was delicious and the owners were incredibly welcoming—particularly as we came with our two year old and ten month old. We enjoyed the ramen and rice bowl. I highly recommend.
