Red Lobster

We had no wait to get a table. For the most part, the servers were friendly, reasonably quick and efficient. We enjoyed a delicious meal, as it was reasonably full. A nice time out, another great meal and overall good time. You'll enjoy yourselves, once again after this pandemic is over. We had an enjoyable visit and think you will too. Enjoy!

We have been going there for a long time and quite often and there have been changes made that have made it horrible such as the service. Having to ask for cutlery from the host/hostess many times, the waiting time has increased dramatically, getting the entre before the appetizer and salad ( not necessarily in that order) having to find the server or going up front to pay for the check has been a hassle, and what is with having multiple servers for one table. It's just to confusing. Getting the wrong food, etc. There is an old saying, "If it's not broke then why fix it." We've also noticed that a lot of the veteran waitresses have left. We are going to drive to another Red Lobster further away to see the difference. The owner should concentrate on being around for the change rather than being on vacation for two weeks. What a mess I am sorry to say.

Was quite satisfied with the service here. Food is decent as well. The free biscuits were delicious, Had to stop myself from eating too much. Clam Chowder was not very impressive, overpriced for the portion and tasted slightly better than canned. Went with bottomless shrimp and tried most of the available options. Shrimp skewers is best one. Other shrimp had overpowering flavor and seem to be excessively fried/battered but the skewers were well balanced.

Today, I brung my family of seven for a little going away party for my son. Our Servers name was Aaliyah let me tell you she was just absolutely wonderful. She made our experience 1000% better! The atmosphere felt like it went from a sad goodbye party to happy and excited for my son. She was very attentive, she had a beautiful smile and attitude. And as a bonus, she had mentioned she was being trained to be a bartender and made me the most AMAZING sangria I’ve ever had! I will be dining again because of that server Aaliyah and I 100% recommend her service!

I had fish and chips. It was delicious and well prepared. I felt the size of the serving/fish for dinner was small. I was left unsatisfied. The restaurant did not have malt vinegar for the fish. In fact our amazing server didn't know what it is. That was disappointing. But our server was very attentive and kind. The atmosphere was nothing special or inviting for a seafood restaurant.
