My family and I come her often and Kari is always very helpful and friendly to my family especially my 6 year old daughter. She has great customer service and Papa John's needs more people like her.

My order is always correct always hot, fresh and ready. Oh, and delicious, but that goes without saying… As Papa John’s need, I say more! I don’t recall ever having an issue from them but they’re always so nice that I guarantee it if I did have an issue that they would resolve it quickly and respectfully.
I will continue to be a Papa Johns customer as long as there’s one within driving distance!

Idk if they changed staff and management but My my pizza was cooked to perfection today (a miracle)! Also my cookie was not burnt and cooked perfectly. Most of the time this place lacks quality control, so I’m super happy today.

I love this Papa John's! The employees are friendly and polite. The store is clean and parking is convenient. We have ordered pizza weekly for the last 4 years and have only had one order that was incorrect. That order was quickly fixed and we got an extra pizza as compensation. The employees recognize me and are very friendly with my children when we come up pick up or order. Online ordering is very convenient as well!

All of the employees are always so friendly. They actually act like human beings, instead of standing at the register like robots at other places saying "Can I take your order" without even looking at you. Even the employees in the back making the food say "Hi" and will chat a bit with you. They are fast as heck too! It doesn't matter if you order over the phone, online, or in person, you get the same fast, courteous service with a smile. I've ordered in person several times, and waited outside while they make it. While outside, the drivers will even stop, say "Hi" and chat. I was surprised each time when someone brought my order out to me, instead of having it sit inside waiting for me to wonder if it was ready yet or not and go inside to get it. That's great customer service! Oh, and the sausage really tastes like....Sausage LOL! The Papadias are yummy! I love all of their pizzas, but I'm hooked on the Canadian bacon and pineapple with Alfredo sauce instead of red sauce. And don't forget to get the stuffed crust, it's seriously cheesy! They always have great prices and specials too. Go in, and watch them hand toss and spin the dough while you're waiting, It's fun! Real people, real food, real good!
Have ordered here many times would highly recommend ordering online. Seems like sometimes they have stoners answering the phone. Who fave trouble taking orders. Fast delivery, great pizza.
