Great place, Friendly Staff and regular patrons. :) Always good food, later menus and close time thankfully. Many varied events. Highly recommend.
The fresh cut fries are amazing, the Margherita pizza is the best in Lancaster, and the staff is pretty chill here too.
The food qas surprisingly good. The cuban nachos and Jamaican wings are very good. The sandwichs are made with attention to detail, I would definitely go here again. DO ITTTTT!!!
the turkey hoagie was pretty good, very full of meat. the fries were mediocre, but I prefer fries that aren't super dry. the mozzarella sticks were good and fresh but the marinara tasted like cardboard. extremely limited vegetarian options. our server was good but she took awhile to bring the check and didn't check on us often despite it not being very busy. typical sports bar atmosphere, aside from someone having a medical emergency and leaving in an ambulance while we were there. i hope they're feeling better now
Stopped in on a Wednesday evening and there was some pretty good live music being played. The service was great and the food tasted great as well. Definitely recommend as a nice spot in between lititz and Lancaster.
The Sandwich Factory is a great place to grab some food, a couple of beers and watch the game. The variety of food is pretty great for a sports bar and the portions are great. The only thing preventing me from giving five stars is some of the menu decisions. I think it’s odd that the place does not serve a side with their sandwiches. I ordered a side of waffle fries and they cost almost as much as my entire sandwich. A side of fries should not cost $6.99 when a sandwich with multiple meats costs $10.99.

Great lunch. Food was excellent, bartender really nice and attentive. Was in at 11:30 am on Saturday. Didn't get her name. But she was welcoming. Thank you, will be back.
Service this night was not as good as other times we have been here. There was a birthday party for the Mother of an employee, staff were more interested in the party than other customers. Staff need to separate themselves from family during work, and only have one job work the party or the rest of the floor.
Nice and clean. Dining with bar but not noisy. Got the cheese steak and boardwalk fries which were both very good. Average prices. Will be back
The Sandwich Factory was a pleasant surprise! I have driven by many times, but never eaten here before. I had wings and a hot pastrami sandwich and my partner had an Italian sub. We were extremely happy with the sandwiches. Bread was great and portions were more than sufficient. We will definitely be back!
Had a chicken salad with avocado, Nice sized salad, perfectly ripe avocado. Too bad the tomatoes were not perfectly ripe. Come on, it' early September, your tomatoes should be excellent. Service was good, cheese steak was good, tomatoes were not.
