Can't beat the 2 for $18 to $32. We always get the 2 sirloin steaks but opt for the small up charge ($2/$3) for 8oz instead of 6oz. Instead of shared app, we opt for our own salad and for the two sides we up it to Loaded Smashed Potatoes and get the must have GARLIC GREEN BEANS. The steak is hit or miss no matter what location from PA to TN to FL. But if not satisfied they have always replaced it. We ask for garlic drawn butter and extra lemon wedges to dip the steak in. (I would order steak one level of temp lower than preferred, as they tend to cook a bit more. I usually order Medium so I order Medium Rare. But they will replace. * When/If we use a discount, coupon or 2 For meal, we always calculate the gratuity based on the normal price, since the server still has the same work and must pay taxes on the full amount of using a coupon. We also tip 20% or more. If you can't afford to tip the service properly, please stay home to eat, nor should you punish the server if you aren't satisfied with something beyond their control and if it is within their control, simply stiffing them without speaking to management doesn't help anyone. America is a first world country, we have it good compared to some, please take that into consideration and be grateful we have freedom to choose from an array of establishments that are monitored by local state and federal guidelines and inspection like the USDA. Less than a minute to be seated, service was good, did notice they were short staffed. Our experience was a good one, food came out in a timely manner, and was cooked perfectly. I did notice that they lost a few customers because no one acknowledged there were people coming in, 3 ladies waited about five minutes then they left. Engage your customers, even just say hello, they will have more patience.

The majority of the staff are friendly. Even when crowded, they are tentative. The waiters and waitresses care about your food and drinks being correct and to your liking. If ordering a steak, never order it well done. Medium well will be well done. That's true for most restaurants that aren't steak houses. The deals are always affordable. The bartenders and servers are efficient. I go here often due to the atmosphere and pricing. It tends to get really chilly inside, I advise bringing a sweater or jacket.

WELCOME TO APPLEBEES! There's a well known phrase that sums up our Applebees experience perfectly: "the only things that are definite in life are death, taxes, and the great service you receive at Applebees". Looking for a steak smothered in sautéed shrimp with a nice shark drink to wash it down? Go to Applebees. Are you with a group of 12 guys and gals wandering Lancaster in pursuit of a bar to drink at 11am on a Friday? Go to Applebees. About to play a round of golf and don't want to pay $5 a beer on the course? Go to Applebees. About to get married and your groomsmen are looking to heavily consume some Miller lattes before they give you away to your bride? You guessed it, WELCOME TO APPLEBEES. These are the fine words that our rowdy group was welcomed with upon first walking into Applebees at a dark time when no other restaurants were open. We were served by some of the finest bartenders in the world. No matter what we threw at them (figuratively), we were met with a smile and an overall delightful experience. I don't go to Lancaster often, but from now on, when I do, it will be to go to Applebees so that I can once again hear the calming words of the bartenders and cooks welcoming me back to Applebees. My only concern is that there's not more Applebees in this sad world. The Lancaster location should become the national headquarters, as I have the utmost confidence that the world would be a better place if all service workers learned from the best of the best. Thank you Applebees, we will be back.

We had a great experience here, our server was great and the food really hit the spot. Our server was very attentive, helpful and nice. Great food options for little kids too, which was much appreciated.
