I visit the LCM every so often. They offer some good quality meats and other goods. I also love the coffee shop at the back end of the market where you can even get flavored syrup in your latte or coffee. Everyone at the market is so friendly and if you want to contribute a little bit more, there is a stand that you can buy LCM merchandise!
My other favorite spot is the pretzel stand and the fresh bakery stand. They sell freshly basked English muffins which we got this time on our visit and they were so soft and delicious!
I will say some of the stands can be pricey! I recently saw "homegrown tomatoes" $3.99 each... I am not doubting the quality but other stands that sell homegrown were going for 3.99 for an entire basket of tomatoes.
One thing to note is that I have only been there on a weekend but it does get very busy there especially in the morning. I would recommend leaving behind strollers if you can so that you don't get stuck in the congestion. There is also parking nearby for those that do not want to park on the street. Also, don't forget to bring your own bags!!
We loved kicking off our Christmas shopping while visiting Lancaster PA. Lots of options and fresh meat and produce as well as teas, jams and pastries and so much more. Very clean, great restrooms.

It was a busy Saturday morning and there was A LOT to see. Great floral vendors, fresh food and yummy coffee. We lined up for soft pretzels (frankly because we saw the line). They wer soooo delicious.
Unfortunately l didn't take a picture of the pretzels place but I'm not sure there was more thsn one.
Highly recommend this stop. The visitor’s center was close by (which was very helpful).
This was our first time at Lancaster Central Market. I really enjoyed the selection of naturally grown/raised produce and meat. If we lived nearby, I'd shop there weekly.
Cute market. LOVED my iced latte from Mean Cup. Stocked up on delicious milk from Maplehofe Dairy Farm.
The best of everything! Fresh veggies - spices - fish - really great coffee - beautiful flowers - the best cheese! and so much more. I never leave empty handed and never leave with an empty belly either! Highly recommend.
So many vendors, so many options of things to purchase! I think every vegetable grown in PA was available at multiple vendors! Excellent quality! Friendly vendors!
Lancaster's own Central market. Fresh seafood, meats, baked goods, vegetables, treats! Why are you only open 3 days a week?? ,,,😃 I would be there every day if I could. They are open on Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.
I loved the Market. A nice variety of different foods breads cheese and more. The Parking isn't the greatest. It's a small lot and you may have a walk to reach the market. There's also isn't a sign advertising the market. So you maybe confused in which building to enter.
Great selection of produce and ready made foods to choose from. The area has a terrific feel to it, and is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants downtown. The aisles are a bit tight but the amount of vendors is great. The market is clean and organized, offering a wide range of different foods for any palate.
