Super busy, so be prepared for a bit of a wait! The food was amazing. I had the breakfast burrito which I really enjoyed. They also have a full gluten free menu! The food was worth the wait and the staff were super friendly!
Great service, outdoor seating available, upbeat, positive atmosphere.
The pancakes are HUGE, and the Eggs Benedict are delicious.
Lots of inventive flavors and combinations on the menu.
There are healthy and decadent options, you won't go wrong with either.

Le Peep is a standard go-to for my multi-generational family, some of who have special dietary needs. Extensive menu with gluten-free options. Excellently trained wait staff. Wait in weekends to get in is pretty short (we come regularly). The only thing that could be improved is the time to receive food. This might be a labor shortage issue (and I do think it is, given that the other items are consistently good.) Noise level for 90+ crowd is a bit too loud, but as our party is generally 6 people, we get seated in a back corner which is a bit quieter.
Great little place to grab a solid breakfast. They have a pretty wide variety of standard breakfast options and a few one off touches. Lots of low-calorie and healthy options. Great coffee!
Sat on the patio! Got the pancake of the month( lemon cream) was SO GOOD! Fast and clean service. The food was delicious and not overly priced. Tasted like a home cooked meal but better. We go a cold brew chai latte and hit the spot.
Came here for breakfast with some coworkers. Good breakfast. Asked for crispy brown hashbrowns and actually got them, which is rare. Omelet was a little over cooked but good. Will definitely be back if in the area.
