Just had lunch here.....the "Italian Stallion" sandwich was magnificent!!!! It came with a Caprese Salad and wonderful crispy fritz.....and can you believe a desert choice of Tirimaso or cannoli, or NY cheesecake......WOW!!!!
They have a 5 hour happy hour!!!! Prices are more than fair, service was great, food is excellent......a well kept secret place, except for the regulars.....all very nice people.

Great food, great value!. I recently visited Main Street for the first time and had to stop in at Main Street Trattoria. There was live music outside on the sidewalk and what seemed to be an inviting atmosphere. The menu has some unique options along with traditional Italian fare. I tried the kale salad and the basil encrusted salmon. Both were excellent! The staff was friendly and not overbearing. I would definitely recommend this spot to my friends and family!
Our family is new to the area and were so glad to find this pizza so close to us! Our experiences here have been excellent. The sausage they use is so yummy, and although the pizza could be a little crispier on the bottom, we love the thin crust. It can get very noisy, but our waiter could not have been more pleasant.
Went in for lunch and had the meatballs which were dilicious! Service was great and the price was not bad for the area. Would eat there again!
I thought this was a good go to place on main street. Go for a brick oven pizza, a salad, and a glass of wine. Salads are good as a main course too.
I read the reviews on my way to meet some friends here and was worried, but I most say I was pleasantly surprised. While the restaurant was a bit on the loud side, the food and service were great. I had the 8131 pasta and can't wait to try more offerings from the kitchen the next time I'm in the area.
The Food at this place is lay-down-on-the-floor-and-die-happy good. I ate there with my husband and both meals were beyond excellent. It was probably the best meal I've ever had. Seriously, it was that good. The atmosphere is fun too with and outside area for drinks or dining. The staff was great and even our toddler gave a hearty "mmmmm!" after each bite.
The body delicious pasta I have tasted in a long time ( after my mother's ofcourse). Great atmosphere, even friendlier server. Great experience, we will definitely be back

Haven't been to Lakewood Ranch for dinner in ages so decided to walk around main street. We decided to have dinner at MST because 1....it was packed (usually a good sign that the food is good) 2...there was plenty of outdoor seating available (and inside) and 3.....they had music outside that drew us in.
I have to say it was a beautiful night to sit outside here. We started the evening with the caprese app. It was probably one of the best salads we've had! The Balsamic glaze was excellent. The bread was accompanied with a really yummy spinach pesto. I almost ordered more. Had a limencello martini that is recommended.
For dinner I ordered the gnocchi with meatball. You can order it one of three ways and I chose the pomodoro sauce. I wasn't a huge fan of the gnocchi. They were big and chewy and I didn't care for the sauce. My husband ordered a pizza with cherry tomatoes and sausage....it had great flavor. It was a little floppy and could have used a few minutes longer in the oven.
The service was certainly bizarre. Our waitress made no eye contact and looked forced to be there. She walked around in a daze. The table next to us didn't get service for at least 20 minutes once seated and they had to ask for someone to attend to them. One of the waitresses noticed and jumped in. We had three tables being waited on by two people and they were not only tripping over each other but they made it seem a little chaotic. It was an OK experience for us....but we will likely give them another chance and order differently next time.
If you have not been here in awhile you are missing out! New Owner, New Menu, New Chef, the new food is amazing. Had the lasagna Bolognese, it was delicious, real pizza, good drinks.
We ate outside on a mild night and had an excellent waiter. I hope they fix up the inside to make it a little more comfortable and less like a cafeteria.
I can honestly say our party of 5 had the a most wonderful dining experience here. Despite being a very busy Saturday night, the service was excellent throughout the meal -including the timing of each course. The warm crusty rustic bread served with the olive oil-balsamic dip got us off to a happy start. We ordered different salads before our main course. There was concern that our salads looked a bit on the large side but these salads on the menu here are very thoughtfully created and they had us devouring them quickly and even wanting more. For the main course, two of us ordered a special - the salmon baked in a light, creamy dill sauce. This was the freshest and most delicate salmon I have tasted for ages. The others were thrilled with the -Spicy Rigatoni Calabrese. I sampled some of this dish and it was bold, rich and authentically perfect. We never did get to the dessert course. I can not wait to return and try more dishes at my new favorite Italian restaurant..
On a beautiful warm evening, I was treated to a combination of awesome food and a chance to see some of the finest classic cars in the area.
Me and my husband went here last Saturday are first time here . Are server was Emily she helped me with any questions I had for the menu . I ordered garlic nots and a large Main Street to share . Our server said it was popular , When the food came it tasted great . I definitely would come back! The service and food was amazing ! If you go here ask for Emily as your server she had a great personality ! Always making sure we had everything we needed ! If I could rate higher I would !
