The food was good, the service, cleanliness and atmosphere as well. The only issue I had was there is a coupon promotion where you pay $1.00 (which is donated to charity) for the coupon book worth $16.00. The employees and managers appeared to not know anything about it. Still a good restaurant to visit also the portions have not been downsized like others (Pop+👁️), (⛪+🐔)

Update: End result was satisfactory, though my first famous bowl was incorrect no corn, they replaced it in a very timely manner! The chicken was cooked properly and the service was fast and friendly. Ordered famous bowl. Popcorn chicken was over cooked and hard as a rock. Ordered extra gravy,and received approximately 1/2 a teaspoon. Only 4 corn kernels!

I normally would never go to KFC here in Saint Petersburg Fl but went to this one in Lakeland because my sister said how good it was. Indeed it was !!! The original fried chicken took me back years !! It was like I remember it use to be. Not greasy under heat lamps like you normally get . It was fresh and a lil crispy. The restaurant was super clean which is unheard of at normal KGC locations. Service was ok on Saturday but food and cleanliness made up for it. We were there this past Saturday around 1:30 pm. Obviously these owners care about their restaurant. The bathroom was even very clean. Even though the service was just ok they deserve a 5 plus compared to other KFC locations. Who thought you could get the chicken they show on commercials anymore ? Well you can here at this location.
