Longhorn Steakhouse

Our server Shelby was amazing, and if not for her this place would get fewer stars. We went at 8 pm on a Saturday night, and No matter what the website says, make a reservation because the website said no wait but when we walked in we were told 15 minutes, but I think we only actually waited maybe 10 minutes. The salads to start were good, but there was a bit of a wait for them. My boyfriend ordered the chop steak medium rare, but when it came out, it was raw. Our server Shelby apologized and took it back and someone brought him a new one that was actually medium rare. He said the steak was delicious though, when it was cooked right. I ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken, and it was wayyy too heavily salted, not even seasoned, just salt. The service was great but I definitely think the kitchen could use more help. Prices were not outrageous, but definitely high compared to the low quality of the food, if the food had been better the prices would have been appropriate. There is a 10% military discount with ID.

Friendly environment , great staff , very good food , never disappointed when eating here ! don't take my word for it go and check it out for yourself . Always a A+ in my book . i will always come back for more . Some days it gets a little busy there most days you can get right in and Seated . it never a long wait for your food either . and the drinks are always cold . Plus a nice selection of great appetizers , just an update food is still amazing, I had my first lobster when I went to Black Rock and it tastes like dirt , I was never going to eat another one again , I had one here today and it was amazing 😍

Normally the food is always good. The waitresses/waiters are always attentive. They are always busy. Because the food is good. However, I know it's fathers day n all,, but tonight our steak was over cooked, dry, and chewy. We all ordered medium. Tonight of all nights they should have been on their game. Instead our food tasted as if it sat under a lamp for a hour. Our waitress was attentive. She was nice. She was in a rush and took forever clearing the crowded table. Kept bringing new drinks without taking the old cup. It was just cluttered. And we had our stuff nicely stacked at the edge waiting to be taken. Would I go again? Yes. Just not on Father's day

We recently got a gift card to this restaurant. It was about a half hour from our house. The waitress was fun and full of energy. The ribeye steak was so tender and delicious and cooked to perfection. The rack of BBQ ribs were so tender & moist that they literally fell off the bone. The salad & soup was phenomenal and very tasty. We got the stuffed mushroom appetizer and it was cooked to perfection. We will be back for sure. The food is over the top delicious and the prices are so worth trying this place.
