Passport Pizza

Service had went downhill so I hadn't ordered for awhile but decided to give it a chance because I heard there was a new manager or owner. Everything was PERFECT! Delivery was so fast that I had to wait a few minutes before I could bite into the pizza because it was that hot. My salad was just as they were at the beginning........every item fresh. To me, it is the best pizza between the 2 towns of Oxford and Lake Orion. Please keep up the great service.......you food speaks for itself.

We have tried numerous times to get this "pizza place" a chance to have our business. We love the All American pizza. But they just can't seem to get it right. We have Every Time had our pizza delivered more than 40 minutes late. We have received pizza that we did not even order, wrong toppings, no sauce on the pizza, etc. We have spoken with the manager. She is always apologetic and gives us another pizza for free...and sometimes that one has been closer to being on time Tonight is the one that tops them all, it has now been over 2 hours and no pizza yet. I've been told they will remake our pizza and deliver it in 30-35 minutes. That remains to be seen. Great pizza, horrible delivery.

Saturday got the worst square pizza i ever had. Almost no cheese and the deep dish wasn't even end 1/4 inch thick and all doughy. They said because they were so busy the dough hadn't had time to rise properly. We get 2 large squares every Monday and they are always fantastic. Not sure if new people are working or what. Didn't want to drive back out and miss more football. They gave us credit but didn't trust them to deliver or make more bad pizzas. Had to get delivery from ginos.

We ordered two pizzas and bread, one pizza for the kids round with just pepperoni and a detroiter. The bread and the round pizza was good, I wouldn't order the detroiter again, just didn't care for it. They were really busy and the employee on the register couldn't ring anyone up while taking a very large order, maybe they were just understaffed that night but there were a few of us waiting a long time before someone stepped in. We would order from there again though.

Last order. This place can’t get out of their own way. Quoted 45 min for delivery, called 1 hour later after no food, they said pizza just came out of oven...sorry about that, somebody was suppose to call you! We can offer you 20% off, really, your going to offer me 6 bucks, sorry that’s all I can do. Ok, that pizza that just came out of the oven you can now throw in the garbage as I am canceling my order. This goes to show you what type of restaurant this is. Spread the word, should have just ordered from Chicago Brothers.

What can I say about passport pizza? In a word :: underrated The employees here are some of the best, most cordial, kind, courteous and friendly I have ever encountered In the pizza industry. As I scroll through the list of reviews below I find them shallow and short sighted. All companies fall short and have staff changes. All companies have issues during the hard times. I have seen them come through that light time vigilantly and victorious. The service is always great, the pizza is delicious, and the drivers are kind. So from one loyal family to your keep up the good work!

I'm actually pretty upset with this experience. I ordered 2 pizzas with 3 toppings. The place didn't even bother to cut the pizza. Not only that the pizza isn't even all that and the toppings are all over the place. Staff gives a $3 credit meanwhile I'm out $20 and going hungry cause I'd rather throw it away then eat it. I'm sorry to have placed a order. I'll go elsewhere.
