This had always been one of my family's favourite places to eat. Excellent price with excellent food. Nothing like a mimosa with a tasty, hearty breakfast. The omelettes are my favorite along with the hash browns, well done. My kids love the pancakes with hot chocolate. The staff is so friendly and the prices are unbeatable.

Amazing food. Excellent service. Every single time. To the reviewers complaining about the credit card surcharge: It is a very reasonable 3.5% charge. With your credit card points, it shouldn't be a big deal. Do you realize how much these businesses pay for their credit processing? It is thousands of dollars per year. If you don't like it, go somewhere else that hides these fees in their higher prices. Or - pay cash.

Coffee is great.. Service is always top notch and the food is so yummy. By far our favorite breakfast spot. Debbie is our favorite waitress, always grabs our coffees & waters as soon as she sees us ❤ But all the staff are great, coffee cups always stay filled too.

Fantastic omletts as usual! Best breakfast food anywhere. Been eating there for many years. All the staff are fantastic especially the waitresses!!! They are extremely friendly. We eat outside often and our dog is a regular customer!!! Eating inside is stepping back in time old pub style. Highly-highly recommend.

I love the ambiance of the venue. It's in a former department store with tin ceilings and lots of history for me. Beautiful historical pictures of the Lake Orion area and great food. My waitress today was amazing. Although I am not a frequent patron I stop in when I'm in the area. I love that they're not a chain restaurant it's locally owned one of a kind All American kind of a place. I'll definitely be back and I would encourage you to try them out.

It was a very charming old space, but very cold no matter where we sat. Our server was delightful. Two of us ordered the German Tomato Soup, which came nice and hot, but needed salt and pepper. My granddaughter"s grilled cheese sandwich was a disappointment because the cheese wasn't very melted. They did enjoy the spicy seasoned fries, though.

Best place to get a good and affordable meal on the block. Been coming here with my mom since I was a kid, I’m 22 now. Thanks for the amazing food and memories, you served this town amazingly and it won’t be the same without this place.
